  • Patent number: 10292547
Abstract: There is disclosed a toilet seat transparent elastic cover for preventing a user from a direct contact with a toilet seat. The cover includes mark lines to be aligned ensuring a proper placement of the cover. The cover may include an aperture with two lateral edges and a flap located in front of the aperture. The flap is formed by two lateral perforated lines connecting it to corresponding parts of the cover before the user starts using the cover. The perforated lines are extensions of the two lateral edges, such that when the user places the cover on the toilet seat, tears the perforated lines, and moves the flap forward at a desirable length and downward/upward, the aperture is effectively extended, providing an additional convenience to the user. An objective of the cover is to improve its adjustment to the user's body dimensions correspondingly to typical sizes of the seat.

  • Patent number: 7356855
Abstract: A generally rectangular shaped disposable paper sheet for use as a toilet seat cover, comprising a die cut line shaped as an open ended oval, which divides the sheet into a central elongated ovally shaped portion and an outer seat covering portion. Within the central portion of the seat cover, there are a pair of finger holes and an additional discrete arcuate perforation. Each finger hole is not fully cut in 360 degrees but has a portion that is retained onto the central portion of the paper sheet so that, when the finger hole is used to tear the die cut line, the retained portion increases strength of the finger hole, which promotes more easily and efficiently tearing the entire central portion downwardly away from the outer covering portion which rests on and covers the toilet seat. The arcuate perforation enables the toilet seat cover to be more efficiently and rapidly flushed down the toilet bowl due to ability that the toilet water to pass through the perforation.

  • Patent number: 6783826
Abstract: The disclosure describes a commode liner made from a first and a second opposing member defining a top with an opening, a bottom, and a pair of opposing sides. The pair of opposing sides includes a separation distance D, which varies from the top to the bottom, and the distance D is larger at the top than at the bottom. The opposing members can be formed from a latently dispersible barrier composite material including an exposed low strength barrier component, an internal water sensitive layer, and a water permeable, inextensible, water dispersible support layer. When exposed to aqueous conditions on the barrier side, the composite prevents it from passing through to the other layers. When exposed to aqueous conditions on the opposite side, the commode liner readily disperses and may be disposed of by flushing in a toilet, for example. Examples of barrier layers include polylactic acid. Examples of water sensitive layers include polyvinyl alcohol.
