The receptacle matingly engages the sleeve to form a seal therebetween. The sleeve is disposed substantially interiorly of the receptacle and comprises a drain hole and a drain plug received by the drain hole. The drain hole is located in a sidewall of the sleeve adjacent the open upper end thereof so as to permit the contents within the receptacle to be drained from the receptacle. The drain plug is removably received by the drain hole to block the drain hole and prevent the contents of the receptacle from passing therethrough. The sleeve is configured to provide a restrictive passage for spittle or saliva to enter into the receptacle and to form a liquid trap to resist spilling of the same from the receptacle. A cover is releasably attachable to the receptacle to seal the receptacle to prevent the contents therein from escaping therefrom.
Abstract: The portable pocket spittoon is a flesh colored bottle shaped object made with FDA approved plastic material. It will be manufactured by using the blow molding method, currently used in making other similar plastic objects. The portable pocket spittoon has an original and unique hand grip design that projects a completely different profile from anything on today's market. The lid is hinged to help prevent dropping and spilling it. Due to the hand grip and hinged lid, the tobacco chewer can use it to spit into periodically during the course of a chew. The portable pocket spittoon is intended to be used with one hand. Its purpose is to permit the tobacco chewer to accomplish what has been very difficult to do in the past. It will permit the chewer to chew very discreetly and eliminate the unsightly viewing of a person spewing tobacco juice openly. As stated eariler, two objects defined in the dictionary describe the portable pocket spittoon. Those objects are, the "bottle" and the "spittoon".

The tube is made of plastic or paper and is provided with cilia on its interior surface. The lengths of the cilia increase with respect to the downward direction of the tube.
Abstract: A liquid-tight container has a hole formed through the top. An opening formed through the container in spaced relation with the hole is selectively covered by a closable cover. A belt clip affixed to the back of the container removably affixes the container to a belt worn by a user. A hose is affixed at one end to the top of the container at the hole therethrough and opens into the container. A funnel is affixed to the hose at the opposite end thereof and opens into the hose whereby the user may expectorate into the container via the funnel and the hose.
