Abstract: To reduce the bulk of an aircraft toilet which includes a toilet bowl and a washbasin, the washbasin is movably mounted in the toilet to be able to adopt at least two distinct positions relative to the toilet bowl, including a retracted position adopted to bring the toilet into a configuration of use of the bowl, and a deployed position adopted to bring the toilet into a washbasin configuration, a position in which the washbasin is arranged above the bowl.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a sanitary washing apparatus includes a nozzle including a jetting port and configured to squirt water from the jetting port and to cause the water to impinge on female private parts. The nozzle is operable to switch between a first jetting and a second jetting. The first jetting squirts the water from the jetting port to cause the water to impinge on a first range of the female private parts, and the second jetting squirts the water from the jetting port more diffusively than the first jetting to cause the water to impinge evenly on a second range wider than the first range without moving the jetting port. The water is squirted so that flow velocity in the first range of the first jetting is slower than flow velocity in the second range of the second jetting.

Abstract: A sanitary washing apparatus having a bidet washing function for jetting water at private parts of a female user, the apparatus includes: a nozzle including a jetting port configured to jet water; a swirling chamber and a communication channel for jetting water as a hollow-conic-shape liquid film flow at the private parts of the female user from the jetting port; and a fluid squiring device for generating an intermittent granular flow of granular water balls so as to fill inside the liquid film before the liquid film flow impinges on the private parts.

Abstract: A sitz bath helps patients suffering from hemorrhoids and other conditions to void their bowels. A flushing sitz bath utilizes an attached liquid filling tube, integrated water distribution channel and valve, a swing check valve, and a content-emptying flapper valve. This device helps to increase the efficiency of filling the sitz bath basin with the preferred liquid, as well as increasing the ease and cleanliness of the subsequent emptying of the basin contents by minimizing bodily strain and mess.

Abstract: A portable baby sanitizer with air pump device is provided which allows a user to activate a pressurizable chamber, that will dispense a multiplicity of liquid streams onto, and in order to cleanse, a baby's bottom. The sanitizer device includes the pressurizable chamber which has an air pump and an air release valve. The chamber is in direct fluid flow communication with a seat. The seat contains a liquid holding reservoir which dispenses a liquid spray, when the air release valve is engaged, through a plurality of discharge holes that are disposed along the inner rim of the seat. The sanitizer device can be used in conjunction with an independently transportable stand or in conjunction with a standard toilet.

The combination comprises a main body having a first cavity and a second cavity, each having an upper access adjacent to that of other. The first cavity has a liquid outlet hole connected to an evacuation line through a siphon and a plurality of perimetral liquid inlet holes. The second cavity has a central liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole offset from said central hole and connected to said evacuation line. The main body comprises a liquid reservoir and a mechanism for retaining and releasing liquid from the reservoir. The combination overcomes drawbacks in the layout of sanitary fixtures in small spaces.

Abstract: A portable soaking and bath pan is provided for treating perineal wounds of a bedridden patient. The pan comprises a bottom portion having a generally flat lower surface for being supported upon the patient's bed and upwardly and outwardly flaring sides that define a relatively wide and shallow treatment area that can receive the thighs and buttocks of the patient to be treated. A collection reservoir or basin is formed within the bottom portion immediately beneath the treatment area which is used to collect cleansing fluid as the patient is treated. The collection reservoir has a drain outlet that is used to convey the accumulated cleansing fluid from the reservoir through flexible tubing to a discharge receptacle in the patient's room. A discharge valve controls the flow of cleansing fluid from the reservoir. A handheld, detachable spray head mounted to the pan is provided for introducing cleansing fluid into the treatment area.

The toilet attachment has a base plate and a tubular irrigation assembly which can be connected to a fluid line. The base plate has an upper and lower surface, a rear end and a front end. When the base plate is installed, the rear end faces a rear portion of the bowl and the front end faces a front portion of the bowl. The base plate has ports to receive and secure the fluid line and the irrigation assembly. These ports are located at the front end. The irrigation assembly comprises an irrigation tip, and in one embodiment of the toilet attachment, a restictor as a limiter for preventing insertion of the tip too far into a body cavity.
