Abstract: A toilet training device includes an odor remediation system for absorbing or masking odors that may be created during toilet training. The odor remediation system may include a modular odor remediating insert that may be releasably positioned within a recess that is provided within the toilet training device. The odor remediating insert may include an odor absorbing substance such as sodium bicarbonate, an odor masking substance such as a fragrance or a combination of an odor absorbing substance and an odor masking substance. The toilet training device also includes a system for dispensing wipes that may utilize a recess that is defined in a side wall of the main body portion of the toilet training device. A wipes cartridge is designed so that it can be used to conveniently dispense wipes regardless of whether it is separated from the toilet training device or mounted within the recess of the toilet training device.

Abstract: A portable multifunctional commode chair includes: a chair including a foldable chair back, foldable chair legs and a cushion, wherein a seat hole is provided at a center of the cushion; a concave slot is provided along an edge of said seat hole; a plastic bag is provided in the seat hole and fixed in the concave slot; an anal plug for being inserted into an anus; an adjustable dripping stand hinged on the chair and comprising a dripping bag connected to the anal plug; a closing covering comprising an upper supporting ring and a lower supporting ring, wherein connecting elements are provided at a center of the upper supporting ring; an opaque textile or a plastic cloth is surrounding between the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting ring and a door for opening and closing is provided on the opaque textile or the plastic cloth.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus driving unit includes a rotatable member which is rotatably supported, a pair of bearing portions for rotatably supporting the rotatable member, and a motor for driving the rotatable member. In addition, a driving gear is provided on a driving shaft of the motor, and a driven gear, provided outside the pair of bearing portions with respect to a rotational axis direction of the rotatable member, engages with the driving gear to be rotated integrally with the rotatable member. At least one of the driven gear and the driving gear has, with respect to the rotational axis direction of the rotatable member, a crown shape so that a central tooth surface of a tooth projects more than end tooth surfaces of the tooth at a side where the driven gear and the driving gear engage each other.

Abstract: A portable toilet apparatus configured for use with a toilet liner is disclosed. The toilet apparatus comprises a toilet basin, and a toilet seat removably fitted to the toilet basin. The toilet seat further includes retention means for retaining the toilet liner at least partially within the toilet basin. A combination changing and toileting station is also disclosed. The combination changing and toileting station comprises a toilet assembly, and a changing table assembly removably attached to toilet assembly. The toilet assembly and changing table assembly are adjustable between a first position for use as a changing table, and a second position for use as a toileting station. A method of using a toilet liner with a portable toilet apparatus is also disclosed.

Abstract: The object of the invention is to provide a facility that permits invalids and other movement-restricted persons to independently attend to the business of the elimination of body wastes and without the necessity of being removed from the vehicle of confinement, be it a bed, wheelchair or other structure. The facility has a waste receptacle (48) that may be moved into registry with an annular aperture (20) in a mattress (12) so as to receive body wastes in the receptacle. The facility also has a plug (14) that may be moved into position into said annular aperture for the comfort of the user. Both the mattress and the plug are provided with cleanable, removable covers (15) and (202).

Abstract: A urine collection and storage device adapted to be fitted to wheelchairs for non-ambulatory patients comprising means to collect the urine in one of two collection pans immediately below the sitting patient where the collection arms direct the collected urine to a rear storage facility. The urine may be collected at either end of the wheelchair seat, or preferably near the central portion of the seat. Collection near the central portion is permitted if the seat is an open weave material, or by puncturing the seat to allow passage of the urine from the patient to the collection means immediately below.

Abstract: An attachment for interrupting the flushing action of a toilet before the entire volume of water in the toilet tank has exited includes a buoyant member that is connected to the water outlet plug of the toilet tank and acts to close the plug when some but not all of the water in the tank has exited. The buoyant member is connected to the plug and closes the plug by applying its weight to the plug when the member is no longer supported by the water. An adapter allows the buoyant member to act on flapper valves as well as on conventional tank plugs.
