Abstract: A pedicure chair with a basin for receiving a quantity of water therein. An autofill system can be incorporated with the basin to automatically manage spillover. The auto fill system can have a controller, a water supply valve, and a water level sensor. The water level sensor can be a proximity sensor attached externally of the basin. The water level sensor can send a signal to a controller when the water level sensor detects a predetermined water level in the basin. The controller is configured to shut off the water supply to the basin by sending a signal to actuate the water supply valve. A steamer can be used with the pedicure chair to provide heat and a therapeutic steam bath.

Abstract: A lower body sauna device includes a heat chamber that is adapted to enclose the lower body of a user, and an infrared heater provided inside the heat chamber. The heat chamber includes an elliptically shaped body opening that is adapted to fit the waist of the user, and the size of which is adjustable. The top slab includes a sliding top panel and a fixed top panel. The body opening includes a first elliptical half opening provided on the sliding top panel, and a second elliptical half opening provided on the fixed top panel. The sliding top panel is adapted to slide to an away from the fixed top panel so that the size of the body opening is adjusted.

Abstract: The sauna room assembly contains a bottom frame, left and right front walls, left and right back, columns, left and right walls, a back wall a top frame, a top cover, a floor and a door. A major characteristic of the present invention is that each of the aforementioned members is in turn broken down into at least two pieces, and most members have their pieces in substantially identical dimensions. The sauna room assembly therefore can be disassembled into pieces small and standard enough for high portability. Another major characteristic of the present invention is that most of the pieces are joined together through tabling and only few bolts are required. Therefore, a single novice can put the sauna room assembly together with standard hand tools such as screwdrivers.

Abstract: A portable and personal sauna that provides an inexpensive and easy to operate system, which provides steam with low operating costs. The portable sauna has an electric steamer with a timer, a safety thermostat, and a plate for containing herbs. When steam passes through the herb plate, the herbal steam can provide some healthy benefits to users. The preferable and safest place for the steamer is outside of the tub/shower area, where a flexible tube is used to guide the steam inside the tub/shower area.

Abstract: A sauna apparatus (1) is configurable in an assembled configuration and in a disassembled configuration to allow storage and/or transport. The apparatus is formed from at least a first frame portion (2) and a second frame portion (3) connectable to the first frame portion. Each of the first and second frame portions (2, 3) comprises a respective part (2a, 3a) of a base of the sauna, a respective part of the roof (2c, 3c) of the sauna, and at least one support member (2b, 3b) connecting the respective part of the base of the sauna to the respective part of the roof of the sauna. The support members (2b) are preferably provided with hinges (9, 10; 9′) to allow the frame portions to be folded so reduce the space required for storage. The base of the sauna is preferably provided with a recess 11 for receiving a footspa 12 or other foot relaxation apparatus.

Abstract: A portable and collapsible sauna is provided, including an enclosure adaptable between a collapsed position and an upstanding position and a steam generator. The portable and collapsible sauna is configurable between these two positions by a latch mechanism. In order to achieve the sauna experience, the steam is trapped by the enclosure and the enclosure is adapted to facilitate ingress and egress of a user, while maintaining a seal for the steam. The fully assembled sauna is preferably dimensioned to fit in a standard bathtub.

Abstract: A dry-heat sauna machine includes a frame having a vertical portion and a horizontal portion. A cloth cover covers the fame to form a sauna enclosure. An air-circulating device is attached to the horizontal portion of the frame. A programmer is attached to the sidewall of the frame. The air-circulating device includes a compressor attached to the horizontal portion of the frame and a partition covering the compressor to define a control chamber between the seat and the partition. A condenser, a heating element and a fan are all attached to said partition and received in the control chamber. The hot air is blown from the heating element into the sauna enclosure via the duct and through the louvers by the fan. The hot air combines with the sweat and becomes humid, and the water vapor in the hot air is recovered by the condenser. The condenser condenses the vapor in the hot, humid air and makes the air cool and dry.

Abstract: A portable sauna is described, being formed in the shape of a sphere. A door leads into a spherical shaped room wherein a bench extends about a central circular floor. Above the bench is a loft lying adjacent a plane that passes through the center point of the spherical shape. The sauna may be selectively heated by any combination of heat lamps, dry heated air blower, and a steam generator, all of which operate on common household current. Water for the steam generator is supplied by a self-contained reservoir. Ventilation can be controlled by the occupant through a skylight ventilator or automatically through a valve mechanism interconnected with the blower. The valve mechanism is operable to recirculate room air or to receive indirect outside air into the room. Selectively controlled lighting and audio systems are also included to allow further control of the enclosed environment.
