Abstract: A dual-handle and dual-control faucet includes a faucet body and a faucet spout, a mechanical control unit, a sensor control unit, a water flow sensor and a controller that are mounted to the faucet body. The controller detects whether the mechanical control unit is operated through the water flow sensor. When the mechanical control unit acts, the sensor control unit becomes inactive. The faucet has a mechanical control mode and a sensor control mode and is convenient to use.

Abstract: A water valve may comprise a valve shell, and a rotating base is installed in the valve shell. A lower end of the rotating base is sequentially connected to a driving valve piece and a fixed valve piece which are installed in the valve shell. A center of a top portion of the rotating base comprises a valve rod upwardly protruding out of the valve shell. The rotating base is configured to engage with the driving valve piece, and through operating the valve rod, the rotating base driven by the valve rod is adapted to drive and have synchronous rotation with the driving valve piece so as to change the relative positions between the driving valve piece and the fixed valve piece and then to control on/off operation of a faucet, ratio of hot and cold water and the amount of water flow.

The fixer includes a base and a clamper, wherein the base includes a support portion and an insertion portion, and the support portion includes a peripheral fence and a shoulder, the peripheral fence has a recessed portion and a first anti-rotation portion, the shoulder has two longitudinal holes, and the insertion portion has a cylindrical fence and two columns. The clamper contains two screw rods and two locking protrusions. The body includes a second anti-rotation portion and a threaded orifice. The locking bolt screws with the threaded orifice of the body and abuts against the recessed portion of the base so that the body is stopped and does not move along the base, hence the body does not upwardly remove from the base.

Abstract: A faucet with a faucet housing, a tubular fastening device that is fastenable in a tap hole of a faucet carrier, and one or more flexible connection lines extending through the tubular fastening device to the faucet housing. The tubular fastening device has a tube section that is insertable into the tap hole, a flange that is placeable upon the faucet carrier, as well as an annular collar projecting beyond the flange, on which the faucet housing is fastened. At least two pivotal, longitudinally adjustable fastening clamps are arranged laterally at the tube section, which are adjustable via clamping screws operated from the faucet side against the bottom of the faucet carrier. The fastening clamps are received in the assembled stated in recesses of the fastening device, and pivot therefrom into a fastening position upon operation of clamping screws. The faucet housing has at the fastening side a receiving socket for a form-fitting, torque-proof reception of an annular collar of the tubular fastening device.

Manual adjustment of hot and cold ring stops is performed from the top-side using only a screwdriver to gain access. The housing includes a long threaded outer sleeve which extends from near the top deck surface to the thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) cartridge body housing below, thereby accommodating any deck thickness from a 1/16 inch thick stainless steel tub edge to a compound deck construction up to 2¾ inches thick. The valves are factory installed in the valve housings, which are pre-connected to the main body at the factory. The hanger is disengaged from the sink deck and the main body. The C-washers enable the installer to automatically level the faucet and tighten the threaded flange nuts beneath the sink deck to secure the valve housings to the sink deck in the leveled condition. The center shank is connected at the factory to a deck flange nut. The center shank is compression fitted to the main body and secured to the sink deck by a central flange nut beneath the sink deck and the deck flange nut above the sink deck.

This secures the valve assembly, soap/lotion dispenser, or water dispenser to the flanged bushing and consequently to the sink.

Abstract: A sanitary appliance for use, for example, as a kitchen water control and temperature mixing valve, has a base part which is fixed to a plate and a housing surrounding the base part. The base part receives all functional parts of the appliance but is not visible from the outside. A receiving area for a mixer cartridge is provided in the base part, in addition to a bottom for feed pipes and optionally drainpipes. The mixer cartridge and the feed pipes are connected by a mechanism of an interchangeable intermediate element. The appliance can be adapted to various operational modes and mixer cartridges by replacing the intermediate element.

Abstract: A faucet has a spout and a pullout spray head connected to a flexible water supply tube and releasably connectable to the spout. The spout has a docking collar mounted thereon for receiving a connecting shaft of the spray head. The docking collar has an annular wall with a plurality of U-shaped slots which define a plurality of cantilevered snap fingers. Each snap finger includes a projection that fits into a groove in the connecting shaft when the spray head is docked. An elastomeric O-ring surrounds the annular wall at a point where the O-ring engages the snap fingers to bias them toward the groove. Ridges on the exterior surface of the wall retain the O-ring in place. The spout and docked spray head have parallel shoulders that define a mating plane. The projections and groove define a retaining plane. The mating plane is not parallel to the retaining plane such that rotation of the spray head about an axis normal to the mating plane will cause the projections to release from the groove.
