Abstract: According to one aspect, a display article having a first article end and a second article end includes a first portion having a first portion end proximal the first article end and first and second spaced tabs disposed at a second portion end opposite the first portion end. A second portion is adjacent the first portion wherein the second portion includes a third portion end adjacent the second portion end and disposed between the first and second spaced tabs and a fourth portion end proximal the second article end. The first portion is adapted to be secured to a support apparatus and the second portion is adapted to be deflected to a display position transverse to the first portion.

Abstract: A funerary article for the identification and perpetuation of the memory of a deceased individual in a timeless manner, made of unalterable material, includes: a marked element (1) with a unique code that is assigned to the deceased individual, and on a pair of plates (3, 4) held together by an attachment member, both being marked with the unique code, the second plate including data for identification of the deceased individual in natural language to constitute a device for identification and remembrance. The marked element (1) is available when the Funeral Services take charge of the deceased, whereas the plates (3, 4) are produced following the burial or the cremation and are then to be attached together to definitively form the article for remembrance and identification of the deceased. A kit and a process for the production of this funerary article for identification and remembrance are also described.

Abstract: A marketing sign is constructed of a sheet material and includes at least one break-away section coupled to a main section by at least one score. The main section includes a free portion, a base portion and connecting portion. The free portion includes a price piece and a balloon piece coupled to the price piece at a fold. The base portion is configured to couple with a product display structure after the main section is detached from the break-away section at the at least one score. The connecting bend line couples the free portion to the base portion and has a first end located a space distance from a right side edge of the sheet material.

The base portion includes an engaging piece and a support piece. The engaging piece is coupled to the support piece at a base bend line and configured to engage with a portion of a product display structure having a price holder. The connecting portion is defined between a first connecting bend line spaced apart from a second connecting bend line by a first distance. The first connecting bend line is adjacent the support piece of the base portion and the second connecting bend line is adjacent the free portion. The first distance substantially corresponds with a top edge thickness of the price holder.

Abstract: A transaction card includes a base member, an auxiliary member and an account identifier. The base member defines a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and a slot extending therethrough. The auxiliary member includes a first section and a handle section and is coupled with the base member such that the first section is disposed on the first surface of the base member. The handle section extends from the first surface, through the slot and to the second surface of the base member such that movement of the handle section causes movement of the auxiliary member relative to the base member. The account identifier is included on one of the base member and the auxiliary member and links the transaction card to at least one of an account and a record.

The flat plate-like article comprises two or more flat plate-like members and one or more connection parts.

Abstract: A lightweight, easily portable, convertible billboard display has three panels rotatably connected to each other in parallel fashion. The billboard display can be used as a vertically standing three panel display or, when two of the panels are connected by a removable connection component, as a three dimensional triangular display. Informational display items can be removably attached to the display panels. In addition, pockets, variously located within each panel, allow for the insertion and display of and full access to multi-page display items, mounted directly on the billboard display.

Abstract: A carrier for supporting graphic media materials includes a support member having a plurality of parallel transverse slots disposed on a facing surface thereof and a plurality of thin walled transverse strip members. Each of the transverse strip members are made from a flexible material and include an angled tab portion sized to be fitted into a corresponding slot of the support member and a cover portion that is defined by a width dimension that is larger than the spacing between adjacently spaced slots such that the cover portions are arranged on the support member in overlaying fashion and define transparent storage pockets therebetween for retaining graphic media materials.

Abstract: A sign holder assembly formed by a support member attachable to a supporting surface such as a merchandise-receiving shelf, and a sign carried by the support member. The support member includes a backing member and a hingedly secured, latchable, cover. A cruciform-shaped slit extends through the cover and the sign includes one or more bendable tabs inserted through the slits to be captured in a pocket formed when the cover is latched so as to support a flag generally perpendicularly to the supporting surface. The assembly may be secured to the shelf by “push pins” or the like and an attaching element may integrally incorporate the push pins, may include slots through which the push pins may be engaged in the shelf apertures, may be relatively thin so the push pins may pierce the same, or may include any combination of one or more such securing elements.

Abstract: A movable advertising system and method that can be produced inexpensively in a wide variety of shapes, colors, and sizes and easily installed in consumer purchasing locations. The movable advertising system is designed to attract the attention of the purchasing public and enhance the sales of advertised product. The unique feature of the system is a self-contained support mechanism that reinforces the system and provides sufficient support to enable the advertising system to carry a tear-pad for sweepstakes, coupons, and/or other consumer offers.

Abstract: An updatable and lockable flip chart holder that can clip into the rail strip or channel of a shelf or fasten to a display at a retail store. The flip chart holder allows manufacturers or promoters of products that are sold at retail to create consumer, educational, or promotional flip charts that can easily and economically be updated by opening rings. The lockable flip chart has a panel, and attached to the panel is a ring system with each ring having two ring halves and hinged leaves connected to each other and attached to each ring half respectively. A locking mechanism on the ring system presses against the leaves to prevent the ring halves from opening. Locking the rings also provides security so consumers cannot take the pages out of the flip chart holder.

Abstract: A system for mounting a component to a portfolio including a tongue located on the component, the tongue having a tail portion and a tip portion, and a portfolio having a tongue opening formed therein. The top can be inserted into the tongue opening and component rotated relative to the portfolio until the tongue is generally received through the tongue opening to couple the component to the portfolio.

Abstract: A base for supporting variable signage comprising a support surface with front and back planar surfaces extending therefrom. Opposed side surfaces extend between the front and back planar surfaces. Each planar surface includes at least two opposed channels adapted to receive and support a changeable signage against the planar surface. At least one signage support receptacle is formed integral with the base.
