Abstract: Embodiments are directed to systems, apparatuses, and methods for personalizing marketing materials such as video brochures. In one aspect, an electronic marketing system is provided that includes an electronic display device powered and a housing. A window is cut into the housing which allows the electronic display to be seen through at least a portion of the housing. A second window provides a view of an insert in the housing. A method is also provided for personalizing marketing materials and can include printing a custom design on an insert, cutting out at least a portion of the insert, arranging the cut out portion of the insert to show through a die cut window of the video brochure, and adhering the cut out portion of the insert to the video brochure in the arranged position.

Abstract: A three-dimensional self-adhesive decal is disclosed. The decal includes a semi-rigid base sheet with an elevated coupling structure with an outer vertical wall. The base sheet also includes a removable adhesive layer and a release liner on a bottom surface of the base sheet. The elevated coupling structure may be either an elevated coupling ridge or an elevated foam coupling plateau. The decal also includes an upper 3-dimensional portion thermoformed from a semi-rigid plastic sheet. The 3-D portion includes a bottom-edge, vertically oriented coupling band that is constructed to couple with the outer vertical wall of the semi-rigid base sheet.

Abstract: A method of forming a foldable backdrop through a series of folds placed in a single sheet of foldable material selected for the backdrop. When the final step is taken of pushing a first bottom corner of the sheet under a first mountain fold and pushing a second bottom corner of the sheet under a second mountain fold, a base is formed out of a bottom half of the sheet. A tension in the sheet will force the top half of the sheet into a vertical position perpendicular to the base.

Abstract: An upright display includes a display main body made of display sheets each having a display face, connected so that the sheets can be folded into flat and unfolded into a tubular shape. A retaining member is located in the display main body to retain the display main body in the unfolded state. The retaining member may be folded into flat and unfolded into a tubular shape. The retaining member is in contact with rear faces of the display sheets in such a state that at least one part of the retaining member is fixed to the rear faces of the display sheets. An elastic member urges the retaining member in such a direction that the retaining member can be folded into a tubular shape.

Abstract: Support devices and graphic display systems in which the graphic display material is supported by a support device that is rollable with the flexible graphic display material, eliminating the need for traditional frames or stands. The support devices include a thin-walled elongate body having a length extending between first and second ends and having first and second side edges extending along the length of the elongate body. The side edges include at least one recess or protrusion for selectively locking the side edges together to selectively orient the elongate body in an elongate tube-shaped configuration when the side edges are selectively locked together. The thin-walled elongate body is sufficiently flexible so that when the side edges are disengaged from each other the elongate body can be rolled along its length into a tube-shaped configuration for storage.

Abstract: A keepsake display device stores and displays a printed ultrasound image, and includes a substantially transparent convex hollow first member with a substantially closed smooth outer surface, a second member coupled to the first member to define a substantially closed outer surface for the device, and a display element adapted to receive the printed ultrasound image and display it through the outer surface of the first member. The first and second members can be shaped to mimic a pregnant belly and a woman's buttocks, together representing the midsection of a pregnant woman. A kit includes the display device plus one or more of a lamination member, a real or plastic birthstone or a set of real or plastic birthstones, a template useful for cutting the ultrasound image, and glue. An assembly includes the display device and a figurine such a stork which can hold the display device from its beak.

The device comprises at least two panels joined together along the respective edges of at least two of the panels such that the device, having assumed the second configuration, forms a hollow cylinder, and at least one locking member, arranged between the panels 4, for continuously adjustable locking of the device in the first or second configuration, the locking member comprising a first part and a second part, the first part being slidably connected to the second part and the locking member being self-locking by a friction band coupling formed between contact surfaces of the first part and the second part of the locking member.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a point of sale display having two joined flexible substrates capable of receiving a display material, each substrate having at least one leaf spring attached thereto and at least one fold line. Upon activation of the leaf springs, the substrates form curved surfaces, thereby giving the display a three dimensional form. The leaf springs and fold lines allow the display to be compressed flat and folded for shipping and storage.
