Abstract: A 3D pop up paper flower bouquet includes a paper flower body and a supporting brace which is connected to a vase portion of the paper flower body, wherein the paper flower body and the supporting brace is capable of being shifted between an folded state in which the paper flower body and the supporting brace are collapsed and stacked with each other and an unfolded state in which the supporting brace is unfolded to brace the vase portion from inside to pop up the paper flower body.

Abstract: A display including a first panel connected to a second panel along a seam, wherein the first panel includes a first edge opposed from the seam and the second panel includes a second edge opposed from the seam, at least one first tab connected to the first panel along the first edge, and at least one second tab connected to the second panel along the second edge, wherein the first panel is folded relative to the second panel along the seam such that the first tab is engaged with the second tab such that engagement between the first tab and the second tab fixedly aligns the first panel relative to the second panel.

Abstract: A gift card holder including a sliding panel for holding a gift card, the panel being mounted in a sleeve or box so that when the cover flap of the sleeve is opened the panel may be pulled upward and out of the sleeve to reveal a gift card secured upon the panel.

Abstract: A product assembly includes a substantially planar product and a support wedge. The support wedge is formed separately from the substantially planar product and includes a base, two sidewalls, and two internal walls. The two sidewalls each extend from opposite sides of the base and converge toward one another as they extend away from the base. The two internal walls each extend from a side of one of the two sidewalls opposite the base. The two internal walls are substantially parallel to and spaced from one another to define a slot between the two internal walls. The substantially planar product is positioned within the slot and is held in place due to compression applied to the substantially planar product by the two internal walls. Abstract: A postcard includes: a front postcard panel having first and second surfaces, the first surface having a stamp, address, and message-writing regions; and a rear postcard panel attached to the second surface of the front postcard panel and including at least one stand cutout that is releasably adhered to the second surface of the front postcard panel and that is detachable from the remainder of the rear postcard panel and the second surface of the front postcard panel.

Abstract: An expandable card form is described that includes a plurality of foldable leafs that are foldable onto one another at fold lines which separate each adjacent pair of foldable leafs. A slot can be cut through the fold line separating one of the adjacent pairs of foldable leafs. The plurality of foldable leafs can be connected to one another linearly and can include adhesive sections so that, when assembled, the foldable leafs form an expandable card. One end leaf can include a projecting panel attached thereto. The projecting panel can be extended through the slot when the card is expanded and can be retracted so as not to be visible when the card is oriented into its closed configuration. The expandable card can include information printed thereon to create a business card, a place setting card, a medical information card, or a gift card.

Abstract: A transaction card includes a base member, an auxiliary member and an account identifier. The base member defines a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface and a slot extending therethrough. The auxiliary member includes a first section and a handle section and is coupled with the base member such that the first section is disposed on the first surface of the base member. The handle section extends from the first surface, through the slot and to the second surface of the base member such that movement of the handle section causes movement of the auxiliary member relative to the base member. The account identifier is included on one of the base member and the auxiliary member and links the transaction card to at least one of an account and a record.

Abstract: A method for stably and easily exhibiting a flat plate-like article such as a flat exhibited article so as to be easily observed and less turned over and the flat plate-like article stably and simply exhibitable so as to be easily observed and less turned over and manufacturable at low cost. The flat plate-like article comprises two or more flat plate-like members and one or more connection parts.

Abstract: A display frame for supporting an image insert for display is provided. The display frame comprises i) an abutment structure for supporting the image insert for display; ii) an upright member including a first connection member and a second connection member; and iii) an interlocking mechanism for interlocking the first connection member and the second connection member. The upright member has a first substantially planar state and a second non-planar display state, and is operable to support the abutment structure. The interlocking mechanism is operable to interlock the first connection member and the second connection member such that the upright member is in the second non-planar display state.

Abstract: A display apparatus is formed from sheet of stock having an image portion separable from a support portion wherein an image is printed on a display side of the image portion and the two portions assembled together to form an integral frame free-standing display. The sheet is provided with die cut and score lines so that no cutting or pasting is required. A computer program enables the combination of digital photographs, simulated picture frame images, clip art and text for processing through a personal computer printer.

Abstract: By providing a unique, pre-printed promotional/delivery system which can be produced in a wide variety of alternate forms and/or configurations incorporating at least two principal cooperating components mounted to each other, with one component being movable relative to a fixed holding component in response to action taken by the user, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product and/or delivery system is attained. In the preferred construction, the user action causes the movable component to move from a first position, wherein the movable component is fully retained in the holding component, to a second position, wherein the movable component extends outwardly from the holding component. In this way, a unique, user controlled, unanticipated and surprising result is achieved which enables any desired gift, display, award, certificate, prize, or promotion to be delivered in a unique manner.

Abstract: A thin flexible material (30) is die-cut into a shape. Inset cuts are made in the sheet material to form large tabs (32 and 32?) and small tabs (34 and 34?). Another set of inset cuts and a vertical cut are made to form split tabs (40a and 40b and 40?a and 40?b). The large tabs are bent forward and the small tabs are bent backward so that a photo or flexible sheet material (46) may be placed under tabs in a flexed position on both sides of the device in either a horizontal or vertical orientation. The curved position of the displayed material creates a unique effect without damaging the displayed material with tacks or tape. When assembled the display device and displayed materials form a stand-alone three-dimensional structure. When placed on a horizontal surface, the displayed material can be displayed on both sides of the device. With displayed material on only one side of the device, it can be attached to a vertical surface.

Abstract: A pop-up greeting card presenting a media item to a recipient, comprising two card panels integrally formed with a pop-up element secured between the card panels, forming a three-dimensional configuration with an elongated slot through which the free end of a presentation support element periscopes when the pop-up greeting card is opened. A media item, such as a CD or mini CD, is inserted in the presentation support element such that the media item protrudes at least partially through the elongated pop-up slot when the front surfaces of the card panels are brought together, and is extended through the pop-up slot by the presentation support element when the recipient opens the greeting card. The media item is presented to a recipient of the pop-up greeting card when the card panels are moved apart, as the greeting card is opened.

Abstract: An integrated message card and transaction card holder includes a message card such as a greeting card or promotional brochure, and a holder for a securing a transaction card. The message card includes a cover portion which partially covers a transaction card placed in the holder, so that the transaction card is movable between a first position relative to the cover portion when the message card is in a closed state, and a second position relative to the cover portion when the message card is in an opened state.

Abstract: A gift package includes a greeting card and an integrated gift card holder sized and shaped to receive a gift card such as that issued by various retail stores and restaurants, to provide a convenient, efficient and attractive way to present a recipient with a greeting card suited for the occasion. The gift package also includes a cover which covers a portion of the gift card holder. The gift card holder is movable between a first position relative to the cover when the greeting card is in a closed state, and a second position relative to the cover when the greeting card is in an opened state. When a gift card is placed in the gift card holder, at least a substantial portion of the gift card is displayed to a recipient from behind the cover when the greeting card is opened.

Abstract: The invention related to a postcard or information carrier, comprising one or more peripheral sides capable of being folded onto a first side and joined, forming a receiving space for a data carrier, wherein the one or more peripheral sides cannot be opened unintentionally and the data carrier cannot be lost. The invention also provides a method of generating a customer database, comprising mailing or delivering a postcard to an addressee, wherein the postcard includes a reply postcard that requires information to be furnished by the addressee, and having a data carrier that includes information of interest to the addressee, receiving the reply postcard from the addressee, converting the information into computer-readable format to generate a customer database based on the information furnished by the addressee, and using the customer database to generate a mailing list to solicit or send further information or products to the addressee.

Abstract: A card with pop-out object and display system is disclosed. The display card generally comprises a base having a non-display surface and an opposing display surface and comprising a platform portion disposed between at least two support portions for supporting the platform portion when the display card is in a display configuration, and at least two flaps securable to the non-display surface of the base when the display card is in a generally flat, storage configuration and securable to the display surface when the card is in the display configuration, wherein the non-display surface is generally hidden from view when the display card is in the display configuration. The display card typically further includes an object and an object housing attached to the non-display surface of the base. The object housing defines an opening for removably storing the object therein. The base serves as a backing to the object when the object is stored in the object housing.

Abstract: Method of producing multi-dimensional print media, comprising the following steps: Providing a substantially flat sheet of print media. Providing an image for printing on a first side of the sheet; the image including an active area that eventually separates from the rest of the sheet; the active area being bounded by a periphery. Performing one or both of cutting and microperfing a substantial portion of the periphery that adjoins an adjacent portion of the sheet. Scoring the first side of the sheet in the active area to provide at least one fold line for facilitating folding of the sheet into a multi-dimensional shape using only the at least one fold line for folding. Printing the image on the first side of the sheet with a printing device. The foregoing performing step is carried out in such manner as to keep the sheet sufficiently intact while passing through a printing device so as to prevent malfunction of the printing device. Die-pressed print media is also provided for use in the method.

Abstract: A picture frame includes a flat sheet having opposite front and back sides and partitioned into top and bottom pages. The bottom page includes a picture site, and the top page includes a border. The border is sized to frame the picture site upon folding together of the top and bottom pages. A picture is printed on the picture site and is surrounded by the border printed with graphics.

Abstract: A card holder is built up with flat parts that are detachably contained in a board before being used to assemble the card holder. The board may be made of a plastic material or a cardboard and is stamped with dies to provide the parts. The parts are then detached from the board to build up the card holder. The board with the parts removed therefrom is used as a base of the card holder, and two generally Y-shaped parts are vertically inserted into two slots provided on the base to serve as two supports for holding a plurality of cards in two deep openings thereon. Other parts may be assembled into decorative models for vertically inserting on the base to also act as a counterbalance to the cards held in the two supports.

Abstract: An ornament card which is formed into a shape with a punch machine; one side of the card has a guide slot, of which the width is larger than the thickness of the card; a clamp slot having a width equal to the thickness of the card is furnished inside the guide slot; the inner end of the guide slot has a small round hole; a shoulder is furnished between the clamp slot and the guide slot; two cards can be connected together by means of the elongate guide slots; the clamp slots are used for fastening the cards in place, while the small round hole can provide a buffer function; after two cards are connected together, they would not separate from each other upon being pushed by a reverse force.

Abstract: A novelty item in which pages can be rotated about a fastener to form an integrated image on one side of the pages while forming independent pages of text and/or graphics on the other side. Such an item can be used as a combination comic book and poster. By including at least one die-cut hole, the combination comic book and poster can be hung on the wall using the nail or hook.

Abstract: A presentation apparatus for artwork comprising a one-piece, die-cut folder construction of cardboard or other suitable material. The apparatus comprises a back section containing artwork and one or more side panels which suitably fold over the back section. The one or more side panels contain die-cut windows covered with acetate sheets or cels for viewing the artwork on the back section and may also contain artwork or images providing a three-dimensional effect for the images or artwork.

Abstract: A lightweight, folding copy stand, also of use as a sheet music holder or a book holder, comprised of a plurality of panels and hinges arranged such that the stand is erected with a minimum of steps and with desirable rigidity. The stand is also returned to a folded position with minimal effort and with a minimum of steps. When the stand is in its operational configuration, the plurality of panels and hinges form a support member, a shelf, an angular portion, and feet members. The angular portion and feet members may be integrally formed. When closed, the support member and shelf fold to form two exterior panels enclosing the feet members and defining an exterior surface area approximately one-half the size of the support member and four panels in thickness. In its closed configuration, the stand is approximately the size and weight of a typical magazine.
