The channel is formed from a central stem connecting the upper portion to the base and a cavity that surrounds the stem for some radius that is less than a radius of the upper portion or base. Disposed in the channel is the integrated coaster. The integrated coaster is a trapping element that in some embodiments is a solid porous ring of an adsorptive or absorptive material. Condensation forming about the outer surface of the upper portion drips downwards towards the channel. The channel redirects the condensation to the trapping element where it is removed by the adsorptive or absorptive materials.

Abstract: A clasping device for anchoring beverage infusion bags inside a cup. The clasping device is tied with a string to the infusion bag and is mounted on top of the cup's rim. Two grippers with serrated surfaces grip at opposite locations on both sides of the cup's wall by pressing the wall with sharp protrusions which intensify the friction force between the grippers and the cup. The grippers' pressing forces originate from elastic forces which are created from forcing the gap between the grippers to widen when the clasping device is mounted on top of the cup's rim. The clasping device is manufactured from flat, resilient plate and has flat structure which enables to pack it along with the infusion bag in a flat package. An optional hollow figurine, which contains liquid additive can be attached as well. The string tying method into slits is efficient and inexpensive.

Printed labels are provided on drinks container lids, such as takeaway coffee container lids. Providing printed labels has the advantage that the lid does not need to be changed to provide a different message. Only the printed label has to be changed. To facilitate placement of the printed labels on the lids, the present invention also provides a labelling machine which includes delivery apparatus for delivering lids to a labelling position. The delivery apparatus includes a picker arrangement arranged to pick individual lids from a magazine and place them on a conveyer for delivery to the labelling point. It also includes a stacker apparatus for stacking the lids into a magazine for ease of distribution.

Abstract: Improvements in a compliant upright drink insulator attachment device that is works with a standard drink insulator. The attachment device uses two parts where one part mates with the second part to slip through a standard insulated drink holder. These insulated drink holders are commonly called coolies or koozies and are manufactured with a central hole to allow for draining. A clip connects a compliant cord to one or both of the two parts. The compliant cord is configured as a coiled cord. A weight is connected to the free end of the compliant cord to keep the insulated drink holder in an upright orientation in the water. The compliant cord allows the weight to move semi independent from the insulated drink holder, and further allows the weight to be stored within the insulated drink holder for storage when it is not being used.
