The apparatus has a housing that is a rectangular prism having five substantially flat sides and an open side that is open to a cavity formed by the housing, an intermediate member disposed in the housing and dividing the cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, a member that is movably attached to the housing via at least one movable connector, the member movable about the at least one movable connector between an open position allowing access to the second cavity and a closed position covering the second cavity, a support assembly disposed in the second cavity and attaching the member to the housing, and a fastener assembly attached to the member and selectively locking the member to the intermediate member when the member is in the closed position.

Abstract: An illuminated display device that includes a hinge post, a support post positioned in a laterally spaced relationship to the hinge post, and at least one support arm pivotably coupled to the hinge post and movable between a first position and an second position. The at least one support arm is configured to engage with the support post when moved to the first position. The illuminated display device further includes a display assembly supported by the at least one support arm and configured to support at least one display screen.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing transit access using display-integrated barriers. One embodiment includes a gateline having a first display-integrated barrier configured to display a first visual message and to be moved to allow a holder of a portable electronic device to enter the transit system. The gateline may include a receiving antenna configured to receive a wireless electromagnetic signal transmitted by a portable electronic device. A transit server may transmit an inquiry signal regarding an aspect of the first visual message to the portable electronic device, receive a response signal, and analyze the response signal to determine that the response signal correctly verifies the aspect of the first visual message. The transit server may effect a transit data augmentation amount to an account associated with the portable electronic device.

The signs are removably attached to a sleeve that surrounds a portion of a pole and rests upon a sign support. The sleeve with the signs attached swivels about the pole. Abstract: Certain embodiments disclose a corral and enclosure defined by three members having an opening configured to hold one or more shopping carts and display one or more advertisements, with two substantially parallel walls of different lengths and advertisement panels affixed on the walls, such that they are staggered. The staggered arrangement of the at least two advertisement panels facilitates better visibility and allows the simultaneous viewing of at least two advertisement panels. The longer member also further protects vehicles parked on its side from colliding with shopping carts.

Abstract: A convertible fixture includes a support structure and a vertical extender. The support structure includes a pair of vertical supports, each defining an open top end. The vertical extender is adjustably coupled with the support structure and includes side arms and a middle bar. The side arms extend substantially parallel to each other and each defines a top end. Each side arm is formed with a single closed shape cross section and is slidably received within a different vertical support of the pair of vertical supports. The middle bar extends between the side arms and includes two substantially parallel rails defining an elongated slot between the substantially parallel rails. The elongated slot extends along a majority of a length of the middle bar. The side arms and the middle bar are formed as a single, unitary component.

Abstract: A device, system and method are configured to attach a printed display and a flag therewith to a fence, rail and the like. The disclosure includes a flat stock substrate defining a point of insertion for a free-end of a mast of the flag. Two cutout arms form an I beam cross-section with the substrate and extend backward from the substrate by twisting and hang perpendicularly on a top rail or a side of the fence, the cutout arms each configured at an elbow thereof to wrap around a portion of the fence and down over a side thereof. Two cutout legs extend backward from the substrate by twisting in an upward arc perpendicular to the fence rail and join with the mast through an end of each leg triangulated between the extended cutout arms. Multiple substrates and printed displays may be ganged on a single mast.

Abstract: A modular realty signpost comprising a first vertical sign section made from extruded vinyl tubing; a second horizontal sign section made from extruded vinyl tubing and designed to intersect and connect with the first vertical sign section; and a plurality of clip and bracket combinations for holding a swinging realty sign, each of said clips designed to fit in an aperture in a bottom surface of the second horizontal sign section. A method for making same is also disclosed.

Abstract: A convertible fixture includes a support structure and a vertical extender. The support structure includes a pair of vertical supports, each defining an open top end. The vertical extender is adjustably coupled with the support structure and includes side arms and a middle bar. The side arms extend substantially parallel to each other and each defines a top end. Each side arm is formed with a single closed shape cross section and is slidably received within a different vertical support of the pair of vertical supports. The middle bar extends between the side arms and includes two substantially parallel rails defining an elongated slot between the substantially parallel rails. The elongated slot extends along a majority of a length of the middle bar. The side arms and the middle bar are formed as a single, unitary component.

Abstract: An outdoor sign assembly includes a perimeter framework with fluid-directing channels to direct water off of the sign during inclement weather, and further includes individually removable sign face panels that are configured to support individual indicia members including lettering, numbers, symbols, designs, or the like, including internally-lighted indicia. The sign face panels cooperate with the framework to direct water around and off of the sign assembly, and may be placed in side-by-side arrangement to achieve any desired length. During assembly or disassembly, the sign face panels are held relatively securely to the framework, even before mechanical fasteners are fully tightened.

Abstract: A free-standing display fixture includes a main body having a top edge, a bottom edge, a right side panel, a center panel and a left side panel. Each of the left side panel, the center panel and the right side panel include interior surfaces and the interior surfaces of the left side panel and the right side panel face each other. Located between and coupled to left side panel and right panel are a plurality of uniquely arranged display components.

Abstract: An end frame assembly configured to be coupled to a product display structure includes an elongated post, an arm, and a sign holder. The arm is coupled to and extends away from a top end of the elongated post to define a free end opposite the elongated post, defines an internal cavity, and includes a bottom panel defining two or more slots extending longitudinally through the bottom panel of the arm between the free end and the elongated post. Each of the two or more slots provides access to the internal cavity. The sign holder defines a top edge including a rail section. The rail section slidably couples with the arm via one of the two or more slots and is at least partially maintained within the internal cavity of the arm. The sign holder extends through the slot and hangs downwardly from the bottom panel of the arm.

Abstract: A device, system and method are configured to attach a printed display and a flag therewith to a fence, rail and the like. The disclosure includes a flat stock substrate defining a point of insertion for a free-end of a mast of the flag. Each of the two or more slots provides access to the internal cavity. The sign holder defines a top edge including a rail section. The sign holder extends through the slot and hangs downwardly from the bottom panel of the arm.

Abstract: A rack system for displaying products comprises a rack unit supporting some of the products so as to be accessed at a forward facing product dispensing face. The rack unit has a side portion facing generally perpendicular to the dispensing face. A corner member is supported on the side portion and comprises a first wall portion extending generally forwardly to a vertical edge adjacent the product dispensing face, and a second wall portion extending generally laterally outward from the side portion to a second vertical edge. The first and second edges each have a retaining portion extending vertically. A flexible signage member is supported on the corner member in a flexed condition between the retaining portions with a signage surface that is concave outwardly between the retaining portions. The signage member is supported and retained on the corner member by a biasing of the signage member to extend wider than a distance between the retaining portions.

Abstract: A frame that is fitted around the border of a display device such as, but not limited to, a television set is disclosed. The frame is configured to be removably mounted to the display device. According to one embodiment of the invention, the frame has multi-piece construction which provides for advertising panels to be removably inserted into the frame. The frame and the advertising panels may be constructed of a material which allows transmission of infrared and/or RF signals to pass through. Optionally, the frame and/or the advertising panels may include knock-out panels positioned over a receiver for an infrared and/or RF signal. A mounting system, such as a hook-and-loop fastening system, may be used to mount the frame to the display device.

Abstract: A rack system for displaying products comprises a rack unit supporting some of the products so as to be accessed at a forward facing product dispensing face. The rack unit has a side portion facing generally perpendicular to the dispensing face. A corner member is supported on the side portion and comprises a first wall portion extending generally forwardly to a vertical edge adjacent the product dispensing face, and a second wall portion extending generally laterally outward from the side portion to a second vertical edge. The first and second edges each have a retaining portion extending vertically. A flexible signage member is supported on the corner member in a flexed condition between the retaining portions with a signage surface that is concave outwardly between the retaining portions. The signage member is supported and retained on the corner member by a biasing of the signage member to extend wider than a distance between the retaining portions.

Abstract: The external elevator/advertising board for buildings includes an elevator carriage riding on a track assembly on at least one side of a building. Each elevator carriage is defined by an elongate, open box frame having a control console mounted to a floor panel. A power assembly is operatively connected to the control console at the bottom of the elevator carriage. Operation of the console facilitates selective raising and lowering of the elevator carriage at select speeds along a side of the building to a select level for cleaning, maintenance, and emergency evacuation. A front panel of the box frame is disposed at an angle angled towards the ground. The front panel displays advertisements for maximum exposure to traffic around the building.

Abstract: A casket comprises a casket shell adapted to receive the remains of a deceased having a pair of side walls, a pair of end walls, and a bottom wall, and a casket cap. The cap includes a dish assembly mounted to an underside of the cap. The dish assembly includes a cap panel, a pair of opposed puffings attached to opposed longer sides of the cap panel, a pair of opposed puffings attached to opposed shorter sides of the cap panel, and at least a pair of generally horizontally spaced apart and generally vertically extending pleats. An appliqué panel overlies the cap panel and is sized and configured such that its opposite side edges are removably received and retained by respective ones of the pair of pleats. The appliqué panel is transparent to allow viewing of the cap panel behind it, and includes an embroidered appliqué applied on its front face. The appliqué panel thereby creates a three-dimensional appearance of the embroidery floating in front of the cap panel.

An onboard electric power source is typically provided to power lights and other electric components. Outriggers may be used to help stabilize the rail car when parked especially for windy conditions. A security fence may be mounted on the rail car to protect various components thereon. The billboard may include one section which can be raised relative to another section for display purposes and lowered to provide a lower height during transport. The rail car may carry an additional billboard.

Abstract: An advertising holder and display for use with a beverage dispenser, such a beverage tap, includes an attachment mechanism configured to mate with the beverage dispenser. The advertising holder and display also includes an elongate connector with a first end and a second end, with the first end of the connector being connected to the attachment mechanism. An advertisement frame that is adapted to hold an advertisement is connected to the second end of the connector.

Abstract: A vertically stackable and retrofittable traffic cone linking system having a plurality of linking cuffs substantially conically shaped linking cuffs having four connection points, sized and configured to be removably secured to a standard traffic cone and a traffic cone linking connector removably connected to the linking cuffs. Once the traffic cone linking cuff is linked to the traffic cone linking connector, the traffic cone linking system can be can be arranged in a predetermined configuration or arrangement to alert onlookers of a particular hazard or to impede access to a given location.

This advertising device has a display platform and means for releasable attachment to the gasoline pump nozzle. The information depicted upon the advertising platform can included both text and graphic information, the latter being scannable by a smart phone or comparable device, to thereby direct the customer to the web site of the advertiser.

Abstract: A display system for use with an end stand or end cap shelving system is provided. The display system is formed from a first blank of material and a second blank of material. The blanks are cut and provided with fold lines, score lines and perforations necessary to fold the blanks into a set up display system. A lighting system can be incorporated into the display system. A side saddle display and product holder is also provided.

Abstract: A device for displaying advertisements has a plate member. An opening is formed in the plate member, wherein the opening is sized to fit a display screen of a desired dimension. Abstract: An improved plant container comprised of a cement or stucco exterior coating over wire mesh enclosed polystyrene block segments formed from smaller cube segments. This provides for a planter lighter in weight with effective drainage and moisture retention. The planter allows for effective illuminated signage displays for various advertising.

Abstract: A modular tire rack which engages tires from the open interior of each tire. The rack may be formed in modular sections which can be assembled in vertically or horizontally adjustable numbers. The rack may incorporate a lock to prevent casual removal of tires. Tires are supported with their full faces available for inspection by potential buyers. Tires are engaged by structure which after assembly occupies the open interior of each tire. The rack may include a floor base accommodating either permanent bolting to a floor or the like or alternatively, attachment of caster wheels. Supports for holding signage may be provided.

Abstract: A sign mounting adapter system includes a hitch extension tube. A sign orientation post connected and oriented perpendicular to the hitch extension tube has a longitudinal axis. A sign support post is axially and rotatably received on the sign orientation post. The sign support post has a longitudinal axis co-axially aligned with the sign orientation post longitudinal axis, and a receiving bore perpendicular to the sign support post longitudinal axis. Multiple orientation bores extend through the sign orientation post, each oriented at a first angle to proximate orientation bores and perpendicular to the orientation post longitudinal axis. A retention assembly is releasably and co-axially received in the receiving bore and one of the orientation bores. The retention assembly releasably connects the sign support post to the sign orientation post to permit selection of a sign support post axial angle of rotation to the sign orientation post.

Abstract: The present invention provides a portable multi-purpose sign and device having a housing with a proximal end and a distal end, a support member positioned on one side of the housing, a collapsible tripod assembly pivotally attached to the proximal end of the housing, a cover having substantially the same shape and configuration as the housing and pivotally attached to the proximal end, and a removable display device removably mounted on the support member and stored between the housing and the cover in a collapsed configuration. The collapsible tripod assembly further includes a plurality of leg extensions pivotally attached one to another and nestable within one another in a collapsed configuration to house within the housing.

Abstract: A method for advertising in a restroom is shown and described. The method includes the use of a three-dimensional advertisement article which may attach to a wall above a urinal and at least partly cover the urinal. The advertisement article may resemble a container, perhaps a bottle or can, for a product, which may be beer or a soft drink, being advertised.

Abstract: An advertising device for an improved golf ball retriever is provided. The golf ball retriever includes a hollow shaft made of a clear plastic material wherein an advertising slip can be placed into the hollow shaft by the use of a pole. The shaft may include a grip on one end for secure maneuvering of the golf ball retriever during retrieval. The shaft includes a suction cup with a hollow center on the opposite end where the grip may be located for retrieving a golf ball. The top end of the shaft also includes apertures in the shaft that allow a hanging device to be removably affixed to the shaft of the golf ball retriever. The top end of the shaft also has an end cap removably attached to the shaft to enclose the top end of the hollow shaft.

Abstract: A bleacher advertising display system including a bleacher having a seating surface and a plurality of support beams that define an external vertical surface along one or more of the left side, rear side and right side of the bleacher. An advertising panel having advertising indicia thereon is engaged with a carrier and secured by way of a frame member to the support beams in such a way that the advertising panel is displayed along the external vertical surface. The frame member is adjustable to maintain the tension in the advertising panel so that the indicia are clearly displayed.

Products may also be arranged across categories according to color, theme, design or price. Product packaging may be indicative of the product price pint and may further include color coding for quick identification of the product category. Color coordinated signage may also be used to further associate product types or categories.

Abstract: A protective advertisement cover for barriers is disclosed. The cover functions as both a protective cover and as an advertising substrate. The cover provides damage control and protection to anything coming into proximal contact with the bather while an advertisement component makes the barrier more noticeable and therefore more avoidable to customers, pedestrians, workers, trespassers and the like. The disclosed cover includes a shock absorbing component layer configured to absorb shock and substantially return to its original form after impact from a third object. The cover also includes an advertisement component layer that may be disparate from the underlayment shock absorbing layer or imprinted directly thereon. Additionally, the disclosed protective advertisement cover includes a transparent and deformable component layer which may shield the advertisement from weather and graffiti and contribute to protecting motor vehicle doors and body parts from damage by a bather.

Abstract: A mounting arrangement for securing signs at select positions along the length of a concrete barrier is provided by forming a longitudinally extending groove within one side of the barrier and slideably positioning a bolt within the channel so that the bolt is captured within the channel for longitudinal movement relative thereto and extends through the groove and to the exterior of the barrier. The bolt extends through a sign support on the exterior of the barrier. A nut engaged with the bolt draws the sign support into secure engagement with the exterior surface of the barrier.

Abstract: A safety gate system having an electronic display for seamless integration into a barrier with electronic display capabilities. The safety gate system includes a post and a gate hinged to the post. The gate face and post carry electronic display modules which appear when the gate is closed, as continuous with and seamlessly integrated into the display of the barrier. Preferably, the hinges are four-bar hinges, most preferably two sets of paired four-bar hinges. The safety gate also includes a lower chase or sill which allows both signal wiring and power to pass under the gate. Braced rear legs compensate for the cantilever forces of the gates when open. A latch, preferably an electromagnetic latch, auto-releases in response to a pre-set sufficient force level, such as arising crowd surge forces, being applied to the gate, as well as being remotely releasable.

Abstract: The present invention is a wall mounted wind turbine used to produce power that includes a wind turbine that is mounted uprightly, a plurality of wind blades that are integral to the wind turbine that receives incoming exterior wind and that rotate around the wind turbine to produce power and a triangular-shaped wind guard that encapsulates and protects top, sides and back of the wind turbine and the wind blades, while allowing exterior wind to enter front of the wind turbine and enhancing the wind turbine performance. There is also advertising indicia disposed on the triangular-shaped wind guard to provide on-premises advertising that can be illuminated or non-illuminated. There is also a sign cabinet embodiment and method of use.

The method includes the use of a three-dimensional advertisement article which may attach to a wall above a urinal and at least partly cover the urinal. The advertisement article may resemble a container, perhaps a bottle or can, for a product, which may be beer or a soft drink, being advertised.

Abstract: An ad sign to be mounted on a seat back of a shopping cart child seat, the ad sign comprising one or more frame bodies configured to display information content, each frame body having a front side and a back side, one of the one or more frame bodies being configured to be connected to a first face of the seat back; and one or more safety strap anchors integral with the one frame body, the one or more safety strap anchors being configured and adapted for securing a child seat safety strap within the child seat; wherein at least one of the one or more safety strap anchors extends from a perimeter of the one frame body; wherein at least one of the one or more safety strap anchors forms a respective opening, the at least one safety strap anchor being configured such that the child seat safety strap can be passed through the opening and connected to the seat back, and being further configured so as to limit a movement of the child seat safety strap when the strap is passed through the opening and connected to the
