The inner panels have a smaller size and are joined together at their bases. The outer panels have a larger size, with their top sides joined to the top sides of respective inner panels along respective fold lines. The web is folded such that the inner panels are folded one on top of the other and the outer panels are folded one on top of the other, with the inner panels on top of the outer panels. Patent number: 6006899Abstract: An anti-pilferage ring display system consists of a tag assembly which is attached to the shank of the ring and a display assembly for receiving the rings with the attached tag assemblies. The tag assembly includes an elongated, rigid card and a flexible, tear resistant strap for securing the card to the ring shank. A first end of the card includes an arcuate seat for receiving the ring shank in abutting relation. The strap is received through the shank of the ring wherein the first and second ends of the strap are secured to opposing surfaces of the card by means of pressure sensitive adhesive applied to the surfaces of the strap. The display assembly includes a pad having a plurality of slots for receiving the ring shanks and further includes a stand for supporting the slotted pad above a supporting surface. In use, the elongated card is passed through the slot so that the shank is received in the slot in a conventional manner.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 1997Date of Patent: December 28, 1999Assignee: K&M AssociatesInventors: William A. Patent number: 5193360Abstract: This invention is a tablet finger ring which includes a finger-engaging band portion and a head portion. The head position is provided with a slot below the upper surface thereof in which is slidably positioned a tablet on which inscriptions or the like may be applied to the upper surface thereof. The tablet is completely removable from the slot to apply the inscription and to read the same. A magnet fixed to the head portion holds the tablet in fully inserted position in the slot to prevent accidental disengagement of the tablet from the head portion. Grooves on the undersurface of the tablet facilitate removal of the tablet from the slot against the magnetic force exerted on the tablet by the magnet.Type: GrantFiled: April 24, 1992Date of Patent: March 16, 1993Inventor: Daniel C. Patent number: 4865352Abstract: A tag has first, second and third planar segments, each segment having opposite, front and back planar surfaces bounded by at least one edge extending between the planar surfaces. Two, flexible, segment connectors respectively connect portions of the edges of the first and second and second and third segments in a manner such that at least the front surfaces of the segments are in a common plane when the segment connectors are not flexed. The front surfaces of the segments can be printed, therefore, in a one-sided printing operation. When the segment connectors are flexed by folding, the front surfaces of the first and second segments are juxtaposed and one of the surfaces of the third segment is juxtaposed with the back surface of one of the first and second segments. This covers the printing on the front surfaces of the first and second segments, until the segment connector therebetween is unfolded to expose it.Type: GrantFiled: January 5, 1989Date of Patent: September 12, 1989Inventor: Peter J.
