The apparatus includes a three-dimensional apparel base that has a convex front surface, an opposing concave rear surface, and a plurality of magnetically active attachment points. The apparatus includes a backboard that has an anterior surface, an opposing posterior surface, and a plurality of magnets arranged on the anterior surface. The backboard magnetically couples to the three-dimensional apparel base by way of magnetic connections between two or more of the plurality of magnets and two or more of the plurality of magnetically active attachment points.

Abstract: A shadow box assembly adapted for quick and easy insertion and removal of artistic works that includes a frame member, a shadow box insert member, and a frame backing member wherein the shadow box insert member may be of a substantially pliable and selectively adjustable material to accommodate a closer view, and more secure fit, of the shadow box work therein. The shadow box assembly may further comprise an insertion slot or access mechanism wherein shadow box work can be quickly and efficiently inserted and extracted. A locking mechanism may further complement the insertion slot or access mechanism for sealing of the same and securement of the shadow box work therein. The shadow box assembly may be displayed by hanging it on a wall, propping it up against a wall or other vertical structure, or standing it in an upright position on a flat surface or shelf.

The curved display device includes: a curved display device body having a display surface and a housing surface, where the display surface protrudes outwards, the housing surface and the display surface are disposed back-to-back, and the housing surface is recessed inwards; a wall mounting rack, disposed on the housing surface; and a wall mounting base, disposed on a wall body, where the wall mounting rack is fixed on the wall mounting base, so that a line connecting ends on two sides of the housing surface of the curved display device body horizontally overlaps with the wall body.

The image (20) is mounted on a raised portion (14) around which is arranged a further raised portion (16) as a mounting panel (8). The portions are separated to provide a gap (30) there between which gives the illusion that the image and the mounting panel (18) are floating. This effect accentuates the image which is additionally enhanced by the choice of color of the mounting panel (18). The portions are located on a backing panel which extends beyond the perimeter of the mounting panel to provide an additional framing feature. The backing panel (12) and mounting panel (18) are made of durably rigid materials such as Perspex® or aluminum so that the apparatus can be mounted without a frame.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided for displaying a jersey with a three-dimensional view with a vision effect of floating in mid-air in an enclosed environment. The display apparatus comprises an outer casing body, a front and a back clear screen, an inner support member, an optional desk support and an opening means. In particular, when a jersey is supported by the inner support member as provided, the support member is invisible such that it contributes to the mid-air floating visual effect. The display apparatus may further comprise components to achieve visual, audio and/or video effects controlled by sensors.

The frame portions display the artwork and further comprise bodies defining curvilinear cross-sections and display areas on exterior surfaces of the bodies. The rail-engagement portions can couple to the frame portions and further comprise ridges. The ridges extend away from interior surfaces of the frame bodies and can be adapted to engage rails. Flats adjacent to the rails can facilitate securing the frames to the rails. Moreover, display areas of the current embodiment define the artwork. The bodies and rail engagement portions can withstand various shocks at the rails. Moreover, the bodies can be hand guards for weapons. Furthermore, the rail engagement portions can define apertures which receive weapons tools. Moreover, the frame portions can define stops which engage slots associated with the rails. Abstract: A lighting fixture and method for creating visual effects include a light box having an interior, a reflective inner surface and an opening, a plate covering the opening, a 3-dimentional image on the plate having a first depth, at least one light source disposed in the interior for illuminating the image with evenly spread light. The light source is disposed at a second depth behind the image. A ratio of first to second depths is between 7:7 and 7:21. A plurality of interchangeable plates may be provided with respective 3-dimentional images for creating different effects. A method for creating a distorted image includes preparing a 2-dimensional image, sculpting a 3-dimensional model, vacuum forming and running a 3-dimentional grid, drawing a distorted outline onto a 2-dimentional grid with photo management software, digitally matching and stretching an original image to match the outline and removing the outline leaving the distorted image.

Abstract: A method and system is provided for forming a three-dimensional image and, more particularly, for making three-dimensional digital image transfer thermoformed objects on, e.g., generic molds. The method includes manipulating digital images of a subject into a single image; printing the single image onto a media; and thermoforming the media with the single image using a generic mold. The system comprises a computer infrastructure operable to: receive images of a subject; display the images; stitch together the images to form a single image; adjust portions of the images or single image to compensate for deformation during thermoforming of the single image; register the single image with points on a mold; and print the single image.
