Abstract: A writing instrument comprising: a main body having a first end, a second end and a longitudinal axis extending in a longitudinal direction through the first and second ends; a writing tip disposed at the first end of the main body; an ink-containing cartridge; a rear body comprising an elongate housing having a first end a second end and an access opening at the first end allowing the ink-containing cartridge to be inserted into or removed from the housing, the housing extending in a loading direction between the first and second ends of the elongate housing; and an articulation means connecting the main body and the rear body. The articulation means allows the rear body to pivot with respect to the main body about an axis of articulation perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, between a loading or open position in which the access opening is rotated away from the longitudinal axis of the main body and a closed position in which the longitudinal direction and the loading direction substantially coincide.

Abstract: Waterproof miniature LED device including a cylinder having a first housing part with an internal thread and a second housing part with an external thread and rotatably coupled to the first housing part via engagement of the threads, an LED light assembly mounted to the cylinder and a dome connected to the cylinder and covering the LED light assembly. The cylinder defines a chamber for receiving batteries. Each housing part is conductive to enable formation of an electrical circuit including the batteries, LED light assembly and conductive portions of the housing parts. Illumination provided by the LED light assembly is controlled by rotating the housing parts relative to one another causing formation or interruption of the electrical circuit. An elastic ring covers a space between the housing parts alongside the threads to prevent water from entering between the threads into the interior of the cylinder and interrupting the electrical circuit.

Abstract: A writing instrument is ergonomically adjusted to the position of a user's hands. The writing device has a substantially tubular shaft along a main axis, a terminal part at the rear end of the shaft and a substantially conical tip at the front end of the shaft. Using the terminal part, the tip can be pivoted (inclined) in a controlled manner in relation to the shaft in a plane containing the main axis. Alternatively, an angle of inclination of a cone axis of the tip can be adjusted in relation to the main axis.

Abstract: A magnetic pen for drawing lines on the main surface of a magnetic display sheet consisting of a plurality of microcapsules in which oily liquid having photoabsorptive ferromagnetic powder and photoreflective non-magnetic powder are mixed in sealed relationship, and wherein the magnetic pen includes a core member having a spherical crown shape, a magnet constituting part of a notched surface of the core member, the core member being supported by the pen such that the notched surface of the core member protrudes from the tip of the pen and a spherical contraposition is generated by a part of the spherical surface of the core member, and wherein the notched surface of the core member is brought into contact with the main surface of the magnetic display sheet by the force of a stroke drawing line.
