Embodiments of the device further include opposing handles, wherein an interior lumen of each handle houses a breakable phial containing a desired solution, and wherein upon moving the handles to a closed position, the phials are broken to release the desired solutions which are then absorbed by the applicator pad.

Abstract: A pump dispenser has a large ergonomic actuator designed to ergonomically deliver a composition to a substrate in the consumer's hand without the consumer having to pick up the pump dispenser. The ergonomic design allows the composition to be delivered in a proper aspect ratio to the substrate. The composition can be delivered in such a way that the composition is not aerosolized into the air or delivered to an unintended surface. The method of delivery can be made intuitive to the consumer by providing an actuator skirt that suggests the pumping mechanism or by providing a depiction of a hand or substrate over the pump dispenser. The pump dispenser is also useful for compositions or substrates that are not stable together.

The applicator has an elongate, tubular body with an inner chamber for storing a chemical formulation or substance such as an exfoliant, to be applied to the lips. One end of the body has an external, oblique, lip-engageable abrasive applicator surface containing a product-dispensing orifice through which the substance can be ejected. Such ejection is accomplished by means of a finger-engageable wheel that is turned to forcibly discharge the substance through the orifices and onto the applicator surface. Thereafter this surface which now contains the discharged substance, is rubbed against the lips and thus effects a scrubbing thereof, which brings about gentle and controlled exfoliation of accumulated dead skin cells. Following this, excess dead cell material can be wiped off with a tissue or pad.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for dispensing solution on toilet paper includes a container. A pump assembly is adapted for selectively pumping a fluid outwardly out of the container. An actuator panel is attached to a top side of the pump assembly. A fluid receiving housing includes a lower wall, an upper wall and a resiliently collapsible perimeter wall. The upper wall has a plurality of holes extending therethrough. The actuator panel is positioned within the housing and the pump extends downwardly through the bottom wall. The upper wall may be selectively positioned toward the lower wall to actuate the pump such that fluid may be drawn outwardly of the container and into the housing. A coupler attaches the housing to the container. Toilet paper may be positioned on an outer surface of the upper wall such that fluid expelled through the holes is positioned on the toilet paper.

Abstract: A fluid applicator includes a coating implement, an elastic closure cap, and a stopper for use with a fluid container. The elastic closure cap includes an enlarged irregular sealing rib on a skirt that is force-fit into the stopper, creating a resilient force on a sealing lip that contacts a seat on the stopper. Inverting the container and pressing on the coating implement, presses the elastic closure cap, deforming it to move the sealing lip off of its seat on the stopper to allow fluid flow from the container, through the stopper and elastic closure cap, to the coating implement.

Abstract: A fluid squeegee comprises nozzles in the squeegee head for spraying a fluid, such as water, onto a surface to be cleaned and a squeegee blade on the squeegee head for clearing away the fluid from the surface. A molded unit for the squeegee head includes a channel shaped mounting plate having a web portion between a lower flange portion and an upper flange portion. A squeegee blade is adapted to be mounted to the lower flange portion and nozzles are adapted to be mounted in the mounting plate or in a nozzle plate that is fixed over an aperture in the mounting plate. Hollow brace members and a hollow shaft socket are positioned on the intake side of the mounting plate. The hollow shaft socket includes discharge ports that are aligned with the hollow brace members, which extend radially away from the nozzle. The hollow brace members enclose the nozzles so as to create a sealed fluid passageway between the hollow shaft socket and the nozzles.
