Two post-mounting units formed of similar plastic sheet material have a base strip along one edge and a post-supporting strip along the other edge, connected by a web which is heat-scored so as to flex at two-spaced flex lines and which is cut away at spaced areas to leave a series of straps between the strips so that together they are more flexible than the cover hinges.
