Abstract: A method of engraving includes providing a computer data system capable of receiving information, transmitting information, creating files, storing files, and editing files. Providing an engraving software compatible with such computer data system. Operably connecting the engraving software to such computer data system. Creating a file within such computer data system for use with the engraving software, such file containing predetermined information for engraving on an engravable item. Operably connecting an engraving mechanism to such computer data system for receiving instructional information relating to engraving from such computer data system. Transmitting such instructional information from such computer data system to the engraving mechanism. Providing an engravable item.
Abstract: A PCB separator includes a machining device for machining work pieces, and a charge couple device attached to the machining device and the tool member for taking pictures of the work piece. A monitor is coupled to the charge couple device for showing the pictures of the work piece. An index generator is coupled to the monitor for generating and sending a cross-shaped index to the monitor, and includes an adjusting knob for adjusting the sizes of the index relative to the work piece, for allowing the work piece to be precisely machined.
Abstract: In one embodiment, a sender unit is attached to the portion of the body corresponding to the damaged opposite portion and a surfacing unit is attached to the damaged portion. A sending head is traversed horizontally and vertically, either separately or simultaneously in a composite motion, over the undamaged portion of the body and this sender head is provided with a plurality of surface contacting probes which follow the contour accurately. Each probe moves upwardly and downwardly following the contour of the body and transmits these movements by flexible cable to the surfacing unit. The surfacing unit is provided with a surfacing head which also traverses the damaged area horizontally and vertically in synchronization with the movement of the sending head.
