Abstract: A roof stowage system includes a support having a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The second end is pivotably coupled, at least indirectly, to the roof. A lift is coupled to the support and operable to selectively cause the support to pivot between a first position and a second position. The support is generally parallel with and adjacent to the roof when in the first position. The first end of the support is generally adjacent to a floor when in the second position.
Abstract: A vehicle trailering system comprises a towing vehicle comprising a hitch mounting mechanism, and a trailer connectable thereto. The trailer comprises a body defining an interior space sized to fit at least one vehicle and having first and second sets of spaced-apart carrying members attachable to opposite sides of the body, thereby defining respective first and second loading levels. The trailer further comprises a gate movable between the first and second levels along first and second support members. First and second connecting members are respectively attachable to the gate and are operable to movably carry the gate with respect to the first and second support members. The system further comprises an actuator system connected to a synchronization system, which are operable to synchronize the movement of the first and second connecting members along the respective longitudinal lengths of the first and second support members. Associated trailering methods are also provided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a wireless receiving device jointly used by computer peripherals and a method thereof. The wireless receiving device comprises a wireless receiving circuit, a micro-processing circuit, and an interface circuit. The micro-processing circuit can receive wireless signals emitted by wireless emitting devices of different computer peripherals via the wireless receiving circuit, and has a learning procedure. The learning procedure can be activated to let the micro-processing circuit memorize and lock on a specific wireless emitting device. The signal processed by the micro-processing circuit is then transferred to a computer via the interface circuit.

Abstract: An apparatus configurable to simultaneously transport golf carts and the like and conventional-type loads on a wheeled vehicle during over-the-road travel includes a substantially enclosed compartment, an intermediate support shelf disposed interiorly of and extending a portion of the length of the compartment for relative movement therein and an apparatus for selectively moving the intermediate support shelf between a first position for supporting a first plurality of golf carts and the like thereon for transport thereof at a predetermined height above the floor of the compact to permit the simultaneous transport of the second plurality of golf carts and the like disposed on the floor, a second position in which the intermediate support shelf is in substantially flush relation with the boundaries of the interior of the compartment and a third position in which the support shelf extends upwardly from the floor of the compartment to a predetermined height above the floor.
Abstract: A heavy load transport vehicle which has the ability of transforming from a flat-bed trailer into a multiple-automobile transporter, having a hydraulic-powered retractable upper deck; hydraulic-powered lift arms that are designed to allow the vehicle to transport wide loads and to be loaded from the side of the lower deck; a stabilizer system which minimizes or eliminates lateral movement of the vehicle during operation on the road; a truss assembly that is designed to synchronize the action of the hydraulic-powered lift arms; and a cable pulley system which assists in the raising of the front end of the upper deck.
Abstract: A goods vehicle has a body with upper and lower load-bearing floors and each mounted for vertical movement within the body. The upper floor is raised and lowered by a hoist. Telescopic links connect the two floors such that when the upper floor is less than a certain height above the lower floor it can move independently of the lower floor, but when the upper floor is lifted above such height it entrains the lower floor and the two floors move together. In another embodiment the two floors are fixed together for movement together over the full range of vertical movement of the upper floor.
Abstract: A trailer apparatus is disclosed herein which includes tracks adjustably mounted within a trailer body and having a first position for the transporting of automobiles and a second position permitting the carrying of other types of cargo. The tracks are hingedly mounted to the inside of the side walls of the trailer body and pivot downwardly for the carrying of automobiles and upwardly against the side wall to permit the carrying of other types of cargo. Front and rear doors are provided on the trailer and incorporate a track for allowing the loading and unloading of automobiles onto the tracks within the trailer body.
Abstract: A double load trailer adapted for receiving an automobile on a first horizontal frame mounted on a wheeled axle. A second horizontal frame is slidably mounted on a plurality of vertical posts attached to the first frame. The second frame is adapted for receiving a boat thereon. When the automobile has been unloaded from the trailer, the second frame is lowered in a horizontal plane on top of the first frame so the boat can be unloaded from the trailer into the water.
