Abstract: A hanger-rod clip can be configured for use with a strut that at least partially surrounds a hanger rod to provide stiffness to the hanger rod. The hanger-rod clip can include a handle portion and a rod-clamping portion. The rod-clamping portion can be configured to urge the hanger rod into engagement with an internal surface of the strut as the handle portion is moved towards the strut.
Abstract: An interlocking suspension support hanger for mounting strut members off of a vertical threaded rod includes a pair of support hanger having a rectangular support body with a pivoting pin hole and a fastening pin hole on the support body and a recess opening leading to a center thread configured to fit around the vertical threaded rod. Further, a process for utilizing the support hanger to suspend a strut rack assembly from the vertically threaded rod without passing the assembly over the ends of the rod or removing the existing strut rack is disclosed.
Abstract: A plate-shaped cambered attachment element (1) for attaching a constructional element (9) to a foundation (7) and having a central bore (2) for receiving an anchoring element (11), an abutment shoulder (4) spaced from the base (3) of the attachment element (1) and extending toward the base (3), and an edge region (5) which extends toward the plate edge (6) of the attachment element (1) and extends to a plane, extending perpendicular to the axis of the core (2), at a shallow angle (W).

Abstract: A gripping element for attaching a roofing membrane to a roof includes a generally planar plate having a generally central opening and an oblong peripheral edge. The plate includes a top surface facing away from the roofing membrane, an upwardly projecting rib, and a plurality of gripping formations for preventing slippage of the roofing membrane relative to the plate. Preferably, the central opening is larger in diameter than the diameter of a corresponding shank portion of a threaded fastener so that the plate is permitted a specified amount of rocking when subjected to a membrane uplift force.
Abstract: The combination comprising a machine element, a tubular member and a ring fastener for mounting the machine element in the circular bore of the tubular member, the ring fastener being in the form of a split annular ring member having confronting end faces, the ring member being of a diameter slightly greater than the diameter of a bore in the tubular member, each end face having a first axial portion extending generally parallel to the axis of the ring member and a second inclined portion extending at a predetermined angle to the axis of the ring member. The first and second portions of the end faces normally align and confront in the relaxed condition of the ring member and are displaceable axially relative to one another for insertion in the bore of the tubular member and after seating in the bore displaceable in an opposite axial direction by application of an axial force adjacent the axial end faces.
