  • Patent number: 11890982
Abstract: A load-lifting device for mounting on a vehicle, including a platform for receiving a load which can be brought from a lowered into a raised working position, and back again, as well as a linking lever, a support element, a drive element and a connection element. The linking lever that is pivotally mounted on the platform is linked to the vehicle at a linking end region. The support element attached to the platform includes a foot end which braces the ground. The drive element brings the support element from a resting state associated with the resting position of the platform, into a working state in which the foot end is braced on the ground and the platform is raised into the working position. The connection element functions to control the rotational position of the linking lever and the pivot position of the platform according to the support element.

  • Patent number: 11400849
Abstract: A portable and articulating conveyor belt device for use with a vehicle having a power supply, wherein the vehicle's power supply powers the conveyor belt device. The conveyor belt device is removably attachable to a trailer hitch assembly on a vehicle, and enables a user to quickly and safely load articles onto/off of the vehicle via a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt device is preferably controlled via a remote control and controls the position of the device, as well as the direction and speed of the conveyor belt. The support frame of the conveyor belt device is comprised of a plurality of repositionable, interlocking and pivoting support frame members that enable the device to be arranged in a variety of configurations to suit user need and/or preference.

  • Patent number: 10486610
Abstract: An apparatus includes a bracket and a rack. The bracket may be attachable to a vehicle. The rack may include (i) a rail having a U-shape forming two side sections separated by a handle section, (ii) a respective joint at each free end of the rail and pivotally connected to the bracket and (iii) cross members attached between the side sections of the rail. The rail generally forms a carry section and a retainer section. The side sections may include a curve. The rail may be rotatable about the joints. The handle section may be in contact with a ground while the rack is in a load position. The retainer section may be approximately parallel to a hood of the vehicle while the rack is in a stored position. The retainer section may be approximately perpendicular to the ground while the rack is in a carry position.

  • Patent number: 9889786
Abstract: A tailgate assembly is provided for a pickup truck tailgate. The tailgate assembly includes a tailgate, a bracket, an L-shaped platform, and a retractable link. The L-shaped platform is pivotally attached to the bracket, which is selectively attachable to the tailgate. The L-shaped platform pivots about a pivot point to assist in loading objects into the truck bed by lifting them into the truck bed and rolling/sliding them into the truck bed. The retractable link facilitates the pivoting of the L-shaped platform and is attached to the bracket and a distal end of the L-shaped platform.

  • Publication number: 20030223847
Abstract: To be used with an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), a lift comprised of two mounting brackets attached to the ATV, two telescoping side arms attached to the mounting brackets, a pivot arm attached to the two side arms, a lift-leg attached to the pivot arm, and a stabilizer bar attached to the lift-leg which will lift a load when the ATV is powered forward for a distance. After the load is slid onto the rack of the ATV, the lift is disassembled and collapses into a small enough configuration to allow it to be placed into a carrying case thus making it compact and very convenient for single use applications.

  • Patent number: 6589004
Abstract: An all terrain vehicle lifting apparatus includes a powered vehicle frame having a driver's seat, a plurality of wheels and a steering mechanism. At least one cargo rack is mounted on the frame at a position spaced away from the driver's seat. A mandrel is rotatably attached to the frame at the cargo rack. A load transfer member is attached to the mandrel, providing a free end portion that is attached to a cable. One end of the cable can be attached to an immovable object such as a tree. A lifting frame, preferably in the form of a pair of lifting rods, extends away from the mandrel at spaced apart positions, such as at the end portions of the mandrel. The cable is attached to a tree so that when the operator of the vehicle moves it forward, the load transfer rod is rotated and functions as a lever, rotating the mandrel and the lifting frame so that an animal carcass can be elevated for transport.
