On Unlatching From Swinging Support Patents (Class 414/717)
  • Patent number: 11131075
Abstract: An implement attachment adapter, including a centrally located top clevis; two spaced apart lower clevises located below the centrally located top clevis and on opposing sides of a line extending vertically through the top clevis. The two spaced apart lower clevises being are recessed into or behind a first face of a flat plate. The flat plate further includes side tabs located proximate each horizontal peripheral edge thereof extending outwardly away from the first face of the plate. A bottom tab extends outwardly downwardly away from the first face at an obtuse angle relative to the plate. A top bar extends across proximate a top portion of the plate and outwardly away from the first face of the plate and is oriented at an acute angle to the plate. The plate further presents engagement apertures and a second face opposing the first face to which the implement may be coupled.

  • Patent number: 8998559
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backhoe boom lock for engaging a hook member of a boom in a transport position. The boom lock includes a pair of side members disposed parallel to one another along a substantially horizontal axis, each side member having a first end and a second end. A transverse member is coupled between the first end of the pair of side members, the transverse member is configured to engage the hook member in the transport position. The boom lock further includes a pivot point defined near the second end of the pair of side members, the pair of side members being pivotally coupled with respect to the pivot point such that the boom lock pivots about the pivot point. A flange is disposed between the second ends of the pair of side members and is further disposed outwardly from the pivot point at an angle with respect to the horizontal axis. The boom lock also includes a counterweight body integrally coupled to the second ends of the pair of side members.

  • Patent number: 4324525
Abstract: A bucket assembly and operating system for a conventional front end loader that increases the dump height for a given boom length. The bucket assembly includes a cradle pivotally attached to the end of a boom and a bucket rotatably supported by the cradle. Rotative movement in the cradle and bucket between rollback and dump positions is accomplished by fluid pressure operated actuators controlled by a fluid pressure control system. Sequence valves forming part of the control system are utilized to delay the application of fluid pressure to certain actuators so that sequential motion in the cradle and bucket is achieved without the necessity of additional operator controls. A bucket latching mechanism mechanically locks the bucket in its rollback position until the bucket dump sequence is initiated.
