The panel comprises at least one plate containing a plurality of apertures to expel air traveling from the blower. The mobility allows the device to move with the person as he or she gets dressed, returns to bed rest, or simply desires a controlled temperature while walking into another room. The adjustable panel position allows the panel to have directional air flow in ways not possible with conventional air systems.
