Inlet And Discharge Distributors At Adjacent End Of Aligned Chambers Patents (Class 417/538)
  • Patent number: 9890771
Abstract: Disclosed are an isentropic booster and a method thereof. The booster comprises a main body pump having a chamber provided with a fixed division plate, a left piston, a right piston and a connecting rod separating the chamber into a plurality of independent booster chambers. The connecting rod passes through the division plate and connects at its two opposite ends with the left piston and the right piston. The volume of the booster chambers is changed with the movement of the left piston and the right piston. A part of the plurality of the booster chambers connect between high-pressure gas source and a medium-pressure gas pipeline network, and the rest of the plurality of the booster chambers connect between low-pressure gas source and the medium-pressure gas pipeline network. The isentropic booster of present invention improves efficiency of using high-pressure gas.

Abstract: A double-diaphragm pump includes a pair of axially spaced apart pumping chambers, each chamber having a pumping diaphragm which divides each chamber into an inner and outer compartment. Inner ends of both pumping chambers are closed by a central element, and fluid is supplied to the outer compartments to cause the diaphragms to oscillate and vary the capacities of the inner compartments. I Each of the inner compartments having an inlet and an outlet port leading to unidirectional valves to allow fluid to be drawn into one of the compartments when the appropriate diaphragm moves outwardly and expelled from that compartment when the diaphragm moves inwardly. Abstract: A volumetric pump (1) comprising a piston (2) and a cylindrical chamber (3), contains an inlet port (10) and an outlet port (11). The piston (2) is actuated by a rotor (5) bearing an eccentric shaft (6). The shaft (6), being connected to the piston (2), causes the piston to slide back and forth inside the cylinder chamber (3) while having a bidirectional angular movement. The instroke of the piston (2) sucks a fluid (15) from the inlet port (10) through a first channel (12) into the pump chamber (3), the fluid being propelled through a second channel (13) to the outlet port (11) during the outstroke of the piston (2). • Patent number: 7252486
Abstract: A hand-operated inflator with dual cylinder is provided. Once the cylinders are pulled out on two sides of the central block to form a line axially, and a clamp plate at mid point in between the two cylinders is turned to the transversal position to lock the cylinders in place, the inflator is set for refilling operation. The two cylinders can be folded back when the clamp plate is released, making it easy for carrying and storage with the length reduced by half. The inflator is able to inflate an object with faster rate as compared with the conventional inflators with only one air cylinder. Moreover, the central block can be attached with a pressure meter. If the measured air pressure inside the object gets excessively high, air can be safely released through an over pressure valve.

  • Patent number: 6814553
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a dual reciprocating bellows pump which can facilitate size reduction design of the whole pump, permit pump manufacture at low cost, and permit reducing the dead spaces in pumping chambers to provide improved self-suction performance. Valve cases of suction side and discharge side valve units are disposed one below the other along a longitudinal axis passing through the center of the cross-section of the bellows such that they project into the associated pumping chambers, and a pair of interlock shafts are disposed at positions spaced apart to the left and right from the center in the transversal direction. With this construction, it is possible to reduce the dead spaces in the pumping chambers, reduce the longitudinal and transversal dimensions of the pump and facilitate size reduction design of the pump.

Abstract: A double-acting pump having two cavities, each of which is divided into an operating chamber and a working chamber by means of a respective movable partition wall. Each of the operating and working chambers is provided with a valve-controlled inlet and outlet for a gaseous driving medium and a pump-transported liquid working medium. A movement transmission device extends between the movable partition walls and transmits movement of one partition wall to the other and vice versa. This movement transmission device includes a spring element for compression and expansion in the movement transmission direction such that a distance between the partition walls is variable as one partition wall can move independently of the other wall responsive to relative gas pressure in the operating chambers.

  • Patent number: 5507630
Abstract: A dual inline double acting plunger arrangement is particularly adapted for pumping thick slurries and includes a hollow cylinder divided into two closed chambers by a partition. A first plunger is disposed in a first chamber and a second plunger is disposed in a second chamber with the two plungers coupled together by appropriate linkage outside of the cylinder. Inlet and outlet ports in each of the chambers coupled to inlet and outlet valve assemblies allow for the pumping of a slurry from the chambers by the two plungers in an alternating manner. Each valve assembly includes a housing having a pair of ball valves which are both employed either as inlet valves or outlet valves, as the valve assembly may be configured to perform both functions.

Abstract: A radial piston pump has diametrically opposed pistons coupled to each other by a coupling ring mounted in circumferential grooves located adjacent the facing ends of the piston. The coupling ring is formed with axially projecting bifurcated arms received in the piston grooves.
