  • Patent number: 12222177
Abstract: Conversion devices and methods for converting a chassis style rifle to function as a traditional bolt style rifle. The conversion device includes a conversion component that attaches to a standard or modified standard lower receiver of a rifle to allow the rifle to remain capable of being used as either a chassis gun or standard rifle configuration as desired by the operator. The conversion component may attach to the magazine well of the rifle. The conversion component is removably installable on the lower receiver, and accessories, such as a forearm or handguard, may be removably attached to a conversion component and are supported by the lower receiver. The configuration eliminates the need to contact the upper receiver during the act of firing a shot, particularly for gripping with the off-hand or resting on separate shooting accessories. The accuracy and precision of the rifle are enhanced.

  • Patent number: 12222187
Abstract: The present folding stock adapter can be used with many types of military-type assault rifles that typically comprise a receiver extension, buffer and action spring. The present folding stock adapter can be used to add a folding capability to a standard stock allowing it to fold against a rifle's receiver when the weapon is not in use, thus reducing the overall length of the weapon. This reduction in length can facilitate its maneuverability, storage and transport in cramped quarters. The present device can also allow for the quick unfolding of the stock in order to allow the weapon to function and be fire normally.

  • Patent number: 12078437
Abstract: This disclosure describes a system, and apparatus for securely mounting a firearm, while maintaining to ability to load, unload, and draw the firearm from the mount with a single hand. This is accomplished using a mount that is customized to conform to a specific model of firearm, ensuring a snug fit of the firearm within the mount. Magnetic retention secures the firearm in place in the mount. Modern, magazine fed handguns can be loaded and unloaded simply by moving the slide. Cycling the slide causes it to extract a round from the chamber (if a round is present) when the slide traverses rearward relative to the receiver. A new round is loaded from the magazine when the slide traverses forward relative to the receiver (if a loaded magazine is inserted).

  • Patent number: 11988482
Abstract: A pneumatic arrow gun has a gun body, an arrow, a positioning sleeve, and a connecting wire. The arrow is for inserting into an air tube of the gun body. The positioning sleeve is temporarily mounted around the air tube, and the arrow is disposed through the positioning sleeve. The connecting wire connects the gun body to the positioning sleeve. Because the positioning sleeve is temporarily mounted around the air tube, the arrow slides forward relative to the positioning sleeve after triggering. When triggering the arrow, the connecting wire naturally dangles. When the arrow detaches from the air tube, the positioning sleeve located at a nock of the arrow due to the sliding of the arrow. Therefore, a rebound of the arrowhead is prevented. The safety and the shooting stability are ensured. Further, the arrow is easily retrieved by the connecting wire.

Abstract: A nonlethal projectile includes a debilitating material for immobilizing a target. The projectile is capable of self-separating or otherwise opening after launch by a launcher to release the debilitating material prior to impact with a target. The launcher is capable of initiating separation of the projectile. Opening may also be accomplished by a control circuit with a radio-frequency identification (RFID), where an RFID tag in the projectile causes the projectile to open at a user-specified distance from the launcher or by the force of launch on the projectile. A magazine may hold a plurality of projectiles and the various projectiles of the magazine may be configured to open at different distances and/or times after launch. The launcher may include a trigger and/or a safety switch to prevent the projectile from becoming armed until a certain parameter is met. The debilitating material may also be released through pores in the projectile.

Abstract: An exercise and training tool is provided for training handgun users to establish a strong grip with the thumb, palm, and other fingers of the hand which are not the trigger finger, and then to independently exercise the index finger in the more delicate and precise motions used for controlling the trigger for improved accuracy. The training tool may also disable a trigger pull function by the index finger unless a proper grip is maintained with the thumb, palm, and other fingers of the hand. Other tactile feedback included within the trigger pull sensation may be offered, to represent operations of a handgun such as trigger “break,” trigger reset, or recoil during a discharge.

  • Patent number: 10684101
Abstract: The existing personal bulletproof equipment has the disadvantages such as a simple structure, insufficient folding and lack of an automatic opening function, and is thus not suitable for one-handed operations in a narrow and small space inside a vehicle. A foldable bulletproof shield disclosed in the present invention comprises a shield plate, a handle, an unfolding power device and an unfolding control device. The folding of the shield plate is realized by means of its own deformation. The unfolding power device is an elastic force device or an elastic structure provided in the foldable shield plate. The unfolding control device is composed of a button, a buckle, a strap, etc. and is integrated with the handle, such that a user enables the bulletproof shield to rapidly switch from a folded state to an unfolded state with one-handed operations.

Abstract: A silencer assembly for a firearm in one embodiment includes a support tube and plurality of baffles defining combustion gas expansion chambers. A coupling member including a ratchet mechanism removably mounts the silencer on a muzzle device on a firearm barrel. The ratchet mechanism comprises first and second arrays of teeth each disposed on the coupling member. The first array is infinitely rotatable on the coupling member when not coupled to the muzzle device and locks in rotational position when the coupling member is coupled to the device. The second array is rotationally fixed in position on the coupling member. In one embodiment, the muzzle device and coupling member have interlocking rotational stops which prevent the first array of teeth from rotating when the coupling member is coupled to the muzzle device.

  • Patent number: 10458736
Abstract: A magnetically variable firing system for a firearm includes a trigger mechanism allowing a user to selectively adjust the trigger pull force-displacement profile by changing the static magnetic field in the mechanism. In a closed magnetic loop configuration, the trigger mechanism includes a stationary yoke and pivotably movable trigger member. The trigger member includes a trigger portion and working portion operably interfaced with the firing mechanism of the firearm for discharging the firearm. An openable first air gap formed between the trigger member and yoke is maintained in a closed position via magnetic attraction therebetween absent a trigger pull. A control insert movable relative to a second control air gap in the yoke allows adjustment of the static magnetic field to alter the trigger pull force required to actuate the trigger mechanism. Other embodiments provide open magnetic loop trigger mechanism designs adjustable to magnetically vary the trigger pull force.

Abstract: A flexible pocket holster is used to secure and conceal a firearm within a pocket pouch, or similar receptacle. The flexible pocket holster comprises a holster fin, a support base, and a barrel-supporting rod. The holster fin is a flexible panel which is used to cover the trigger of a firearm and conceal the shape of the firearm. The holster fin may be sized or shaped to accept various types of firearms. The support base is mounted onto the holster fin, adjacent to a base edge and a barrel edge of the holster fin. The barrel-supporting rod is mounted normal to the support base and opposite to the base edge. When using the flexible pocket holster, the barrel of the firearm is mounted about the barrel-supporting rod. This helps to secure the firearm and allows the firearm to be easily removed from the flexible pocket holster.
