The organic hydrophobic UV filter may consist of octyl salicylate, and the cosmetic composition may be free of other organic hydrophobic ultraviolet filters. The organic water-soluble ultraviolet filter may consist of 2-phenylbenzimidazole-5-sulfonic acid (PBSA), and the cosmetic composition may be free of other organic water-soluble ultraviolet filters. The inorganic UV filter may consist of UV-grade titanium dioxide, and the cosmetic composition may be free of other inorganic ultraviolet filters.
