A compression-molded, composite cargo trim panel is secured to the backrest and includes a base layer and a coverstock sheet bonded to the base layer by press molding. The coverstock sheet provides the trim panel with a wood grain finish in an upper compartment of the cargo area.

A method of making an encapsulated device comprises depositing a first barrier layer on the device in an inert environment, applying an adhesive on the first barrier layer in a non-inert environment, and applying a first laminate on the first adhesive in the non-inert environment.
