    Abstract: A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is described, the light-sensitive material containing a cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group having 2 to 15 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represent each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, R.sub.4 represents a substituted aryl group which is substituted by a group other than an aryl group or an aralkyl group, X represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group, Z represents a hydrogen atom or a group capable of release by an oxidation coupling reaction with the developing agent, n represents an integer of 1 to 4, and the total number of carbon atoms in the alkyl groups contained in R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, X and Z is 8 or more, and the total number of carbon atoms in the alkyl groups substituted in R.sub.1 and R.sub.4, in the case that n is 1, is 11 or less.
