    Abstract: Provided are a non-volatile dual inline memory module (NVDIMM) supporting a DRAM cache mode and an operation method of the NVDIMM. The NVDIMM includes a DRAM chip, an NVM chip, and a controller that controls the DRAM chip to operate as a cache memory of the NVM chip. The controller sends a read command to the DRAM chip with reference to a cache address of data requested to be written from a host to the NVM chip, and sends a write command to the NVM chip with reference to an address of the data requested to be written at a time point when a read latency (RL) of the DRAM chip and a write latency (WL) of the NVM chip coincide with each other.

Each of the first channels and second channels have a circumferential passage to the slit at a non-zero distance from the outlet face surface. Furthermore, each of the first channels and second channels is formed to output a directed tubular flow towards a side wall of the slit, or towards a circumferential passage in a side wall of the slit. A safe pre-mixed burner configuration is achieved. A burner and a surface treatment device incorporating the burner nozzle are also disclosed.

    Abstract: An igniter device for a gas lamp of the type having a main mantle burner and a main control valve operated by a control lever, is provided with an auxiliary valve controlling the gas flow to an auxiliary burner the flame from which is directed onto the mantle to ignite this when fed with gas. The main control lever is connected to a piezo-electric spark generator which is operated by the lever to generate sparks as the main valve is moved to a fully open position. The auxiliary valve is also linked to the main control lever so as to be opened just as or just before the piezo-electric spark generator is operated whereby ignition of the auxiliary burner and hence the main burner is effected by the single operation of the main control lever to fully open the main flow control valve. The construction includes means for ensuring that the auxiliary valve is closed when the main control lever is released.
