A rim seal is formed with the compression portions. Two apertures are formed in the rim seal from the recessed apertures. The cable apertures form seals against electrical cords running to the electrical cord plugs.

When the covering portions are mated, the compression portion may form seals at the cable apertures of the covering portions.
