In a loaded configuration, the TPA cap is mounted deeper onto and locked in place on the housing, and the TPA leg passes through the TPA leg aperture forming a water-tight seal with the TPA leg aperture. The assembly includes the connector and a wire-crimped terminal disposed in the connector. The system includes a first connector and a second connector.
