  • Patent number: 11329462
Abstract: An engagement structure includes a cover having an opening portion, a block member inserted into the opening portion, an engagement mechanism configured to engage the block member with the opening portion, and an engagement stabilization mechanism configured to stabilize an engagement state of the engagement mechanism. The engagement stabilization mechanism includes a first stabilization mechanism and a second stabilization mechanism. The first stabilization mechanism permits excessive insertion due to backlash that occurs in the engagement mechanism and to restore the excessive insertion after the block member is engaged with the opening portion. The second stabilization mechanism performs a slide engagement between the block member and the opening portion and to restrict a wall inner surface of the cover from moving away from an outer surface of a side portion of the block member after the slide engagement is completed.

Abstract: A soldering structure between a tab of a bus bar and a printed substrate is disclosed to provide a soldering structure between a tab of a bus bar and a printed substrate that causes no crack. An electrical conductive material is formed on a printed substrate. A tab through-hole is provide to penetrate the electrical conductive material and printed substrate. A tab formed by bending a body of the bus bar enters the tab through-hole. A periphery of the tab and the electrical conductive material are interconnected by soldering. A stress-absorbing aperture or recess is provided in an insulation plate on which the body of the bus bar is mounted. The stress-absorbing aperture or recess can absorb an axial stress caused in the tab.

Abstract: A connecting apparatus for constituting a Y-connection of three phase windings of a three phase induction motor or supplying three phase power to the three phase windings includes a first connector and a second connector. The first connector has three terminals respectively extending from the three phase windings. The second connector has a Y-connection plug, which is coupled to the first connector and constitutes a Y-connection of the three terminals. The second connector also has slots for guiding a plug for supplying three phase power to the three terminals of the first connector. Accordingly, it is not required to separate the second connector from the first connector for supplying three phase power to the three phase windings of the induction motor.

  • Patent number: 6752635
Abstract: A conventional land grid array (LGA) socket assembly uses the same socket contact in the power delivery area and the signal delivery area. Using low current socket contacts in the power delivery area may create self-heating and limit power delivery from a printed circuit board (PCB) to an IC package mounted in the socket. Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an LGA socket assembly that has a separate power delivery contact, which includes contact pins and contacts pads that are ganged using a cross beam to form a comb-shaped contact. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, an LGA socket assembly has a shorter channel in the power delivery area than in known LGA socket assemblies. In still another embodiment, an LGA socket assembly has a shorter channel in the power delivery area in the signal delivery area.
