  • Patent number: 10193245
Abstract: A conductor terminal includes at least one insulating-material housing, at least one contact insert arranged at least partially in the insulating-material housing that has at least one contact piece and at least one clamping spring. The contact piece with the clamping spring forms at least one conductor clamping point for an electrical conductor to be contacted by the conductor terminal, which electrical conductor can be acted upon by a spring force of the clamping spring. At least one actuating lever is pivotably supported in the insulating-material housing for actuating the clamping spring. The actuating lever can be pivoted from a closed position to an open position and vice versa in relation to the insulating-material housing and/or the contact piece. An electrical conductor inserted into the conductor terminal is not acted upon by the spring force of the clamping spring at the conductor clamping point at least in the open position.

  • Patent number: 10014595
Abstract: A wire connector assembly for an electrical device such as a circuit breaker. The assembly includes a housing with electrically conductive fixed and spring contacts located therein and between which a wire may be secured. The spring contact includes a rotatable arm that is biased toward the fixed contact. An electrically non-conductive release actuator is located within the interior of the housing and is rotatable between a first position and a second position when a linear force is applied thereto. When the release actuator is in the first position, a first end of the release actuator is remote from the fixed contact and the spring contact. When the release actuator is moved to the second position, the first end of the release actuator is rotated to be located partially between the fixed contact and the spring contact, opening a gap therebetween and from which the wire may be removed.

Abstract: An openable wire-mounting connector includes a body. A bottom of the body forms a welding face. A front of the body forms a wire entrance. Two sides of a rear of the body bend oppositely to form elastic clips which allow an insertion of a conducting wire and hold the wire in place. A top edge of each elastic clip forms a funnel-shaped mouth which opens upwards. A top end of the rear of the base bends firstly to form a curved limiting part and then bends upwards to form an elastic button. The curved limiting part presses down on the conducting wire to prevent the wire from escaping. The elastic button is located above the funnel-shaped mouth. The elastic clips can be opened by pressing the elastic button which activates the funnel-shaped mouth.

Abstract: An electric signal taking-out method and a device therefor capable of taking out electric signals for measurement easily from opposite ends of an arbitrary chip part soldered to a circuit board. A pair of contact elements having sharp distal ends and bent obliquely inward are arranged so that the distal ends thereof face each other. The contact elements are shifted inward by a holding member so that the distal ends bite into solder joints by which the chip part is soldered to the circuit board. The contact elements are held in the biting state so that electric signals are taken out independently from the respective contact elements.

Abstract: An electrical connector (1) includes a dielectric housing (10), a plurality of terminals (13) received in the housing, and a retention mechanism (12) pivotally attached to the housing. The housing defines a plurality of terminal-passages (108) and first mating members (103). Each of terminals includes a bent portion (134). The retention mechanism has an elongate stopper member (120). A pair of cantilevers (122) depends from the stopper member. A second mating member (1222) is formed on each of the cantilevers, for engaging one of the first mating members. Thus the stopper member is rotatable between a first position in which the stopper is protected from thermal warp or deformation, and a second position in which the terminals are secured in the corresponding terminal-passages.
