Abstract: A drive mechanism for an article of adjustable furniture, the drive mechanism having support sections, the support sections including a first support section and a second support section, an actuator mechanism, and at least one connecting mechanism, the at least one connecting mechanism includes a first arm pivotally connected to the first support section, and a second arm pivotally connected to the second support section, the first arm being pivotally connected to the second arm, in which the actuator mechanism is drivingly connected to the second support section to effect concertina-like movement between the first arm and the second arm to move the second support section relative to the first support section.
Abstract: The process for preparing a refinery feedstock from black liquor soap comprising adding excess alcohol (preferably methanol) to black liquor soap. Acid is then added to the mixture to drop the pH of the mixture to approximately 2 to convert carboxylate salt of fatty and resin acids to the free fatty and resin acids. In the reaction process, the free fatty and resin acids react with the alcohol, with the aid of the acid catalyst, to yield the desired ester products. The resulting feedstock can be distilled or refined to yield sterols and related alcohols, biodiesel and other fuels.

Abstract: An incense device is provided and comprises an elongated incense stick that in one embodiment includes an opening. An ignition device including a head portion and a shaft portion is secured to the incense stick. In another embodiment, an ignition head is secured directly to an end portion of the incense stick.
Abstract: An incense device is provided and comprises an elongated extruded incense sleeve having a central axial opening formed in the incense sleeve. A wooden match having a stem portion and a head is associated with the incense sleeve. Particularly, the stem portion of the match is inserted into the opening formed within the incense sleeve so as to leave the match head spaced from one end portion of the sleeve.

Abstract: A match design exhibiting burn preventative safety stem construction with a match head having an ignitable composition formed thereon. An elongate stem includes a first end and a second end with the match head being formed onto the first end. The elongate stem is subdivided into a first section extending a selected distance from the first end. A second section extends beyond the first section a further selected distance and terminates in the second end. The first section is impregnated with a scenting composition and the second section is impregnated with a flame resistant composition such that, upon striking and ignition of the match head, flame travel along the stem is limited to the first section to release the scenting composition.
