Abstract: An inventive incendiary device is provided. The incendiary device comprises a plurality of corrugated components which are substantially saturated with a waxy component. In one preferred embodiment, the plurality of corrugated components are arranged in a stacked configuration to form a firestarter log. The firestarter log can additionally include a support component longitudinally disposed therethrough. The firestarter log can further comprise an ignition component at least partially disposed thereupon. In some aspects, the firestarter log further comprises a groove, which can provide an air passageway, and in which the ignition component can be at least partially disposed.
Abstract: The present invention concerns an auto-combustible log comprising at least one air intake connected to a chimney wherein the log is made of wood, wood particle or wood residues wherein the wood, wood particles or wood residues have been treated to destroy any invasive pests, such as insects and fungi.
Abstract: A combustible artificial firelog assembly having a combustible base member and at least first, second, and third artificial firelogs is provided. The first and second artificial firelogs are coupled to the combustible base member and at least partially define a central cavity. The first and second artificial firelogs define at least one side opening therebetween that communicates with the central cavity. The third artificial firelog is supported by the first and second artificial firelogs and is disposed over the first and second artificial firelogs. The assembly further includes a metal retaining member disposed around an outer peripheral surface of the first and second artificial firelogs. The assembly further includes a combustible member that is disposed in the side opening that ignites the first, second, and third artificial firelogs.
Abstract: Present Invention discloses new combustible mixture and fuel, which during burning releases energy 15 times greater than that of lignite and 4-5 times than that of coke. The combustible mixture consists of the liquid and solid phases, where the solid phase comprises: aluminium powder; at least one M1X2, where M1 can be any metal in oxidation state +2, and X can be any halogen; M2CO3, where M2 can be any two-valent metal; zinc ammonia chloride, SiO2 in the form of quartz sand; and quick lime; whereas the liquid matter comprises: at least one C1 to C6 carboxylic acid, or at least one anhydride of the mentioned carboxylic acids, or at least one its ester or amide; methylcellulose; and formaldehyde, or its commercially accessible solution—formalin; and water. Fuel is made when the combustible mixture is hermetically closed in a container.
Abstract: A Log Cartridge Burning System is provided comprising a simple, convenient and manageable wood burning system which can easily be applied for use to cook and heat. The log cartridge is comprised of a flammable body of compressed material and a bore formed and sealed by the use of a protective outer paperboard tube and a protective inner paperboard tube together with a top and bottom paperboard cover which serve to hold and maintain the integrity of the entire cartridge without the use of any wax binders. The flammable body of compressed material may be made partly or entirely from natural combustible materials such as sawdust or wheat hulls. The burn pot is specially designed to accommodate the log cartridge of the present invention. The log cartridge burning system can easily be utilized in a variety of appliances such as a patio heater or fireplace, barbecue or grill, or other cooking and heating appliances.
Abstract: Present invention relates to inflammable, single-use material assembly adapted to simplify the lighting of a fire, the assembly comprising at least one top sheet and at least one bottom sheet, wherein the material assembly comprises at least one sheet of paper and at least one sheet of plastic, and in that the top and the bottom sheets are joined together face to face with pieces of wood arranged in between.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for lighting charcoal, specifically a single-use, substantially consumable, chimney-style charcoal starter. The apparatus may include an open-ended, substantially tubular body, a charcoal support, and a fuel source. The apparatus may be charged with charcoal disposed upon the charcoal support. The apparatus may be fashioned such that as the fuel source burns, the charcoal may be ignited from the innermost coals to the outermost coals, at which point the apparatus may also be substantially consumed.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to cigarettes and other smoking articles which contain a catalytic composition, preferably as part of the fuel element, that substantially decreases the amount of carbon monoxide contained in the mainstream smoke during smoking. The present invention also relates to the catalyst-containing carbonaceous fuels themselves, as well as to methods of making such carbonaceous fuels. Fuel elements which contain a catalytic composition in accordance with the presentation are especially useful in smoking articles having an aerosol generating means which is physically separate from the fuel element.
