Abstract: A drone landing apparatus may include: a trunk door configured to open or close a trunk of a vehicle; a drone housing contained in the trunk, and configured to provide a space in which a drone is housed; a rotator mounted on the trunk door, and configured to rotate the drone housing according to an opening angle of the trunk door; and a moving platform appearing from the drone housing or disappearing into the drone housing, and having the drone seated thereon.

Abstract: A portable shelter kit is usable for erecting a temporary or long term structural shelter. The portable shelter kit includes a two-part shipping container which comes apart into pieces which are usable as component parts of the shelter. A method of using the kit to construct a portable shelter is also described.

Abstract: A toy vehicle track set is provided including a first track portion and a second track portion. The second track portion is distal from the first track portion. The first track portion and the second track portion define a gap therebetween. The toy vehicle track set also includes a pair of separately rotating arms. The rotating arms cooperate to transfer a toy vehicle across the gap from the first track portion to the second track portion. When the toy vehicle is released at the second track portion, the toy vehicle may traverse along a path of the track set from the second track portion to the first track portion.

Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a multipurpose swim vest for keeping a user safe around a body of water while also providing the user with entertainment. The swim vest may include a swim vest configured to accommodate a user's torso, a water pistol removably attached to vest fabric of the swim vest, the water pistol having a toy tube extending therefrom, a vest tube positioned within a channel in the swim vest, the vest tube extending from a position proximate to a user's side through the channel and out of a bottom surface of the swim vest, and a siphon tube attached to the vest tube. Water may be siphoned through the siphon tube, the vest tube, and the toy tube into the water pistol when the user pulls a trigger on the water pistol, which may also cause water to squirt out of the water pistol.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for the display and transport of war gaming models, and more specifically a modular display system having interchangeable display and design panels to present and configure gaming figurines for competition and exhibition.

Abstract: A toy figure display stand displays a toy figure behind a transparent fluid-retaining wall, thus simulating immersion of the toy figure within the transparent fluid. The simulated immersion provides an additional level of engagement between the toy figure and a child or collector. The wall may include an interior transparent shell portion and an exterior transparent shell portion. The interior transparent shell portion and the exterior transparent shell portion may together define a cavity. A fluid may be received within the cavity.

Abstract: A container for holding novelty items, toys or candies that is an openable closed-shape with a lock/release plug. The closed-shape can be repeatedly opened and closed to remove and refill the novelty items. The container can be any closed-shape required for end use. A lock/release plug is used to both open and lock the closed-shape into a closed state. The lock/release plug is dimensioned to fit within the interior diameter of the closed-shape. The closed-shape has slots proximate each open end that interact with compression tabs on the lock/release plug. A center stop assists in aligning the compression tabs with the slots. The container can be configured to be a hula hoop or be adorned on one's body, such as a necklace or a bracelet.

Abstract: A protective case for an electronic portable device includes a main body portion having a transparent base and sidewalls defining a recess configured for releasably receiving a portable electronic device. A plate is disposed against or defined by a portion of the base of the main body. The plate covers a portion of the front face or a portion of the display of the portable electronic device. The covered portion of the display is not actuable through the plate.

Abstract: A toy projectile is provided which is preferably constructed of TPR, and thus, can be used as an inherently stretchable elastic toy projectile. A handle section is also provided which can be used as a projectile launcher. Further, a storage container is also provided which can also act as a projectile launcher. In a preferred embodiment, a game is also described in which the projectiles are launched by hand, or with the handle or by the storage container/launcher, in order to impact targets, and preferably moving targets. A child's toy projectile and projectile launcher, with a game, are thereby provided.

Abstract: A ramp for a ride-on toy includes a base adapted to be positioned on a surface. The base has a top, sidewalls and an interior space. An end ramp section is also adapted to be positioned on the surface. A middle ramp section is removably connected between the base and the end ramp section. The end ramp section and the middle ramp section are sized to be removably positioned within the interior space of the base for storage. The ramp sections include a track formed on their top surfaces sized for miniature toy vehicles. The base features a roller wheel and a handle for pulling the base along the surface when the ramp sections and ride-on toy are stored in the base.

Abstract: A fabric bathing toy in the shape of a figure appealing to children that has a mesh pocket for holding soap. Preferably, the figure resembles an animal or insect. The toy includes a fastening component to contain the soap in the mesh pocket. The toy includes a cavity in the body of the toy for holding a sponge. The toy includes a fastening component to contain the sponge in the cavity. A suction cup is attached to the toy so that the toy adheres and hangs from a surface to promote drying.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a fixed base, a platform supported by the fixed base, and a mechanism for causing vibration coupled to the platform and adapted to induce vibration of the platform sufficient to cause a vibration-powered vehicle to move across the platform without relying on an internal power supply of the vehicle. In some cases, a substantially planar cover is situated approximately parallel to the platform and spaced apart from the platform at a great enough distance to allow the vibration-powered vehicle to move across the platform and at a low enough distance to deter the vibration-powered vehicle from turning over.

Abstract: A novelty kit comprising components which represent elements for coping with and surviving attempts by another person to dispose of the user of the kit according to any one of several disposal scenarios. The scenarios may include inducing an apparently accidental fall, inducing drowning, and being buried alive. The elements of the kit would be thematically linked to warding off a fall, to resist drowning, and to cope with being buried alive. The kit may take the form of a receptacle containing pill bottles bearing labels reciting the contents and including humorous instructions for use and humorous or appropriate hazard warnings.

Abstract: The replacement bottle cap according has a circular lid. An annular skirt extends downward from the lid to provide an opening for receipt of a threaded neck of a bottle. The skirt has internal threads to engage corresponding threads on an external portion of the neck of a bottle. The lid is permeable to a magnetic field. A magnet is located in the cylindrical opening adjacent the lid. A decorative object extends upwardly from the lid. A decorative object is attracted to the magnet so the object is securely held to the lid. The decorative object is detachable from the lid by pulling on the object sufficiently to overcome the force exerted by the magnet on the object. At least a first connector extends from the outside of the skirt for receipt of a mating connector.

Abstract: Disclosed is a novel wearable toy. The toy includes a band with a first end and a second end and at least one fastener for joining the first end with the second end to form a cylindrical shape to sit around a human wrist. A compartment is coupled to the band, the compartment defining an inner chamber with at least one side and a movable lid disposed on lid of the side, the lid moveable from a closed position to an open position to expose the inner chamber. A set of items all related by a theme, each of the items individually attached by a flexible strip, such as a ribbon, to the inner chamber and the set of items all sized to fit inside the inner chamber when the lid is in the closed position. In one example the band and the ribbons are made from washable fabric.

Abstract: A child's activity toy comprises a plurality of dispensers which will dispense circular discs onto a flat magnetic surface. The circular discs are of different colors, each color having its own respective diameter, with the color being applied to each side of the discs. Each dispenser is specific to its own color, and is biased to its closed, non-dispensing condition. Pressing the dispensing end of a dispenser against the flat magnetic surface will dispense a circular disc; and moving the dispenser while it is pressed against the flat magnetic surface will dispense a series of circular discs. A frame is provided for the flat magnetic surface, and includes a graduated sorter so as to separate the discs of one color from the discs of any other color. The respective dispenser for each color can be filled with the discs from the respective sorter chamber.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are beverage bottles that incorporate one or more of: fins that are molded in, attached individually or in a finned section; a base section adapting a finned bottle for transport in a track or conveyor of bottling machinery; aerodynamic noses and nosecones, attachable to the neck or bottom of a bottle, optionally holding an object, prize or additive, also optionally acting as a stand for the bottle; a production sleeve permitting transport through a track or conveyor; noses, fins and finned sections that are reversible; a crush zone for absorbing impact energy; a pump for providing thrust or structural pressure, some incorporated into the bottle product and others provided externally, and for launchable products, nozzles and mechanisms for containing thrust pressure. Abstract: A toy device and system includes a hollow core, segmented, vertical scaffolding or super structure adapted for manual or powered interactive manipulation of one or more multiple play stations supported on the surface of the vertical scaffolding. An integrated storage system for storing play station elements and other building and control items is mounted at the base of the vertical scaffolding. The hollow core segments of the vertical scaffolding provide a housing for selectively controllable electrical and other power sources which are subject to control by such means as a hand-held remote controller with signal receivers being mounted on the segmented super structure. The entire toy system may be disassembled and contained within the storage structures described and enclosed in a carrier device for easy transport.

Abstract: Vehicle playsets having multiple configurations. The vehicle playsets may include a track segment, a trigger adjacent to the track segment, a moving component adapted to move toward the trigger, and a launch mechanism coupled to the track segment and adapted to launch a toy vehicle along the track segment toward the moving component. Striking the moving component with the toy vehicle may prevent the moving component from reaching the trigger. The playset may include at least two configurations including a closed configuration and an open configuration that is suitable for play.

Abstract: A projectile and a compact carrying and launching case in combination. The projectile includes foldable wings which when unfolded resemble a plane. The compact carrying and launching case includes a two piece housing that is pivotally attached to each other about a hinge/launching mechanism. When closed, the two piece housing encloses the plane in its folded position. When opened, the hinge/launching mechanism can be pulled to a cocked position and then released forcibly moves the projectile such that it releases from the launching mechanism and is capable of flying.

Abstract: A message storage apparatus that can stimulate creativity and imagination of children and adolescents is disclosed. The apparatus facilitates storage of messages such as secrets, memories, notes, diary entries, wishes, dreams, trivia and other educational facts, quiz and other game questions, valentines, etc. More particularly, the apparatus can virtually (or physically) store intangible (and tangible) messages, thereby enhancing creativity and imagination. The message storage apparatus has a message delivery system that receives a message and delivers it securely to a storage chamber where the message can be accessed at a later time.

Abstract: A packaging item for packaging a toy and an ultraviolet light accessory is described. The packaging item includes a transparent packaging shell and a toy positioning packaging. The transparent packaging shell has an opening therethrough to allow for access by a user. The toy positioning packaging is positioned within the transparent packaging shell. The toy positioning packaging includes a toy packing portion and an ultraviolet light accessory portion. The toy packing portion is formed to hold both the toy and ultraviolet light accessory such that upon activation, ultraviolet light is directed from the ultraviolet light accessory onto a portion of a toy that includes a reveal pigment. Upon exposure to the reveal pigment, the reveal pigment becomes visible to reveal a unique feature of the toy. The toy is, for example, a figurine.

Abstract: The present invention is directed generally to container for reconfigurable products and, in particular, to a display package operable to display a product in multiple configurations. The display package may include product housing portions adapted to slide from a first, adjacent position, where one product portion is positioned adjacent to another product portion, to a second, separated position, where one product portion is spaced from the other product portion. The display package may include a plurality of product housings adapted to rotate with respect to each other along a common axis such that product portions within the product housings may be selectively aligned to form desired configurations of a completed, displayed product.

Abstract: A glitter circulation device includes a housing defining a chamber configured to receive a doll. A tray is coupled to the housing and configured to hold a plurality of glitter particles. A fan is coupled to housing and in communication with the tray and the chamber. The fan is configured to draw the glitter particles from the tray and expel the glitter particles into the chamber.

Abstract: A play set having a main panel section and a pair of side panel sections, each of which is pivotably connected to tile side lateral edges of the main panel section. When the play set is in a first orientation, the main panel section and the pair of side panel sections are oriented generally co-planar to each other such that the upper main surface and upper side surfaces define a play surface having a perimeter, and when the play set is in a second orientation, the side panel sections are adjacent each other and in a plane parallel to the main panel section to define a play set case. When in the first orientation, one of the panel sections includes an elongated member extendable therefrom in a telescoping manner to define an additional play surface outside the perimeter of the main panel sections and side panel sections.

Abstract: A multi-purpose display, carrier, and storage device for toys includes (a) velcro attachment points for attaching multiple smaller toys; (b) arms adapted in length to encircle, or hug, the multiple smaller toys after they have been attached at the velcro attachment points; (c) a zippered pocket of sufficient size to hold crayons; (d) straps on the back of the device, adapted for using the device as a kid's back pack, or for hanging the device on a wall hook, bedpost, door knob, or back of a car seat headrest; (e) buttons in each hand of the device, with associated electronics inside the device, for recording and playing sounds and music; and (f) one long strap attached at either end to the device, adapted to be used to slide the back of the device over and down the carrying handle of a child's roller-bag carry-on baggage for an airline flight.

Abstract: A toy vehicle play set having a foldable base with first and second configurations. In one embodiment, the foldable base contains two portions that are movable relative to each other. Furthermore, the two portions of the foldable base are configured to face each other when the foldable base is in the stored configuration. The foldable base resembles a trailer in the first configuration and a wrestling ring in the second configuration. In another embodiment, the toy vehicle play set contains at least four posts and at least one resilient cord attached to the four posts. In another embodiment, the toy vehicle play set may be attached to a toy vehicle.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a display package for a toy product (e.g., a toy figure), the package facilitating demonstration of the toy's animated features, or provides animation features to a toy that otherwise would not otherwise not be animated. The display package of the present invention defines an enclosure that houses the toy. The display package includes a manually-manipulated animation mechanism that repositions the toy within the enclosure and/or moves a portion of the toy from a first display position to a second display position (and vice versa). For example, the display package may include a movable segment to which the toy is connected. An actuator drives the movable segment, which, in turn, generates motion in the toy (motion which simulates animation of the toy).

Abstract: One piece, injection-moldable, functionally polyhedral construction modules. The construction modules are thin-walled, cored out versions of a polyhedron. Each construction module comprises one polyhedron wall portion that is interiorly tangent to each face of at least one set of identical faces of a superimposed polyhedron template. Each polyhedron wall portion forms a complex with its tangent face of its superimposed polyhedron template that is the mirror image of at least half of such complexes. Each polyhedron wall portion is visible in both directions along a predetermined axis. Each polyhedron wall portion comprises an asymmetric aligning means that may include one or more snap-fit connectors. Every polyhedron wall portion is part of a single piece of material. Accordingly, these construction modules may be injection molded as single pieces of material, and, when they are aligned face-to-face, they exhibit the constructive properties of their polyhedron templates.

Abstract: A container apparatus includes a base plate, a sidewall and at least three wheels. The base plate has a first side and a second side. The sidewall is arranged on the first side of the base plate such that the base plate and the sidewall form a room. This room has an aperture opposite to the base plate the sidewall comprises a mating structure. The mating structure is substantially regularly spaced. The at least three wheels are arranged on the other side of the base plate.

Abstract: A novelty toy having a body with a concealed basket compartment creating a cavity to house, store, secure, and conceal novelty items. The toy further includes a detachable cover to conceal the cavity when the cover is attached to the body and reveal the cavity when removed. The novelty toy also includes a removably changeable housing insert assembly embedded within the cavity having several attachment components which include a light source, a changeable housing insert template, a changeable inner insert template, an insert cover template and an insert ramp accessory. The cavity and insert assembly is used to display, store, house, secure templates with indicia including but not limited to arts and crafts, traditional family, learning and sport activity games. Abstract: A storage housing is provided for stowing a remote control toy. The housing comprises a substantially box shaped body with an interior compartment. The compartment has a platform for movement between two positions, and a door for moving between an open and closed position. There is a remote controller for operating the platform and door in a selected manner and also for operating the remote controlled toy. The housing can additionally be part of a vehicle and have wheels.

Abstract: A baby distraction item and more specifically a baby toy for storing baby care items such as baby clean-up items with the baby toy temporarily distracting a baby with the baby top comprising either a cover or a base with a chamber for holding baby care item so that when a caretaker cleans up a baby, the baby may grasp the handle and play with the base or cover as a toy to distract the baby while a diaper is changed.

Abstract: Vehicle playsets having multiple configurations. The vehicle playsets may include a track segment, a trigger adjacent to the track segment, a moving component adapted to move toward the trigger, and a launch mechanism coupled to the track segment and adapted to launch a toy vehicle along the track segment toward the moving component. Striking the moving component with the toy vehicle may prevent the moving component from reaching the trigger. The playset may include at least two configurations including a closed configuration and an open configuration that is suitable for play.

Abstract: A play set having a main panel section and a pair of side panel sections, each of which is pivotably connected to tile side lateral edges of the main panel section. The building portion of one cover has the same configuration as the building portion of the other cover. The building components are engagable with the building portion on either or both of the covers.

Abstract: A building set includes a container and several building components placeable in a receptacle defined by the container. The container has a sidewall with a opposite ends. A cover is coupled to one end of the sidewall, and another cover is removably coupleable to the other end of the sidewall. Each cover includes a building portion. The building portion of one cover has the same configuration as the building portion of the other cover. The building components are engagable with the building portion on either or both of the covers.

Abstract: A toy storage and transportation apparatus includes a mat and a container that merges integrally into the mat. The container defines a storage interior and has a first open end and second closed end. The mat extends outwardly from the container to form a recreation area. When in a storage configuration, the mat flexibly rolls around and conforms to the shape of the container. The mat can further comprise a floor portion and at least two flap portions, with flap portions defining a crease with the floor portion. Each flap portion has an attachment fixed to the flap portion opposite from the crease. When folded along the creases and attached to each other with the attachment, the floor portion and flap portions define a tent structure. The flap portions can be formed with a sleeve, and support members are inserted into respective sleeves to form the tent structure.

Abstract: A combination article storage container and novelty item includes a housing having a first predetermined size and first predetermined shape and being manufactured from a first predetermined material. A predetermined article is contained within such housing. A mechanism releasably attaches such predetermined article within such housing at a predetermined location therein. An outwardly facing transparent front panel manufactured from a second predetermined material is attached to such housing at a predetermined location thereon. A mechanism provides access to remove and replace such predetermined article. A tool member is operably connected to such housing at a predetermined location on an outside of such housing for giving the appearance that in order to obtain such predetermined article such tool must be used to break the transparent front panel.

Abstract: An child activity system, includes an upper graspable bar, a lower base configured to maintain the combined center of gravity of the child activity system and a child within the extremities of the lower base, and a plurality of attacher bars. The child activity system is configurable by hand between a walking training configuration, a play feature configuration, and a storage configuration.

Abstract: Playsets are disclosed. The playsets may include a support surface and a pop-up structure. The pop-up structure may be adapted to be selectively transitioned between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration. In the stowed configuration the pop-up structure may be collapsed and may extend along the support surface. In the deployed configuration the pop-up structure may stand substantially transverse to the support surface.

The compartment has a platform for movement between two positions, and a door for moving between an open and closed position. There is a remote controller for operating the platform and door in a selected manner and also for operating the remote controlled toy. The housing can additionally be part of a vehicle and have wheels.

Abstract: A self-storing toy kit having a container that serves as the main body of the toy and adorning inserts that are secured to the main body. The main body has a plurality of walls that define an interior storage compartment for holding the adorning inserts. The walls have narrow slits on its exterior surface for receiving adorning inserts. The adorning inserts are dimensioned to fit tightly within the slits of the main body to ensure secure retention of the adorning inserts. The adorning inserts have a distal end that is resilient and a body that is flexible to allow the adorning inserts to cantilever from the slits. The main body has closing means for the interior storage compartment. The compartment allows for storage of the adorning inserts within the main body and eliminates the need for a separate carrying case for the adorning inserts.

Abstract: A toy vehicle package includes a planar backing board upon which an elongated hollow closed-end tube is supported in a spaced arrangement on the board. A slider extends beneath the center tube and supports capsules on either side of the center tube. Magnetic toy vehicles are captivated in both capsules while a third magnetic toy vehicle is movable within the center tube between the closed ends.

Abstract: Bath time toy bag with a rectangular shape having mesh front panel and a mesh back panel, the panels sewn together at their edges so that the left and right side of the bag are permanently attached and the upper and lower edges of the bag are attached by one or more zipper assemblies. The zipper assemblies enable a user to insert play toys through the upper zipper assembly and to remove the play toys through the lower zipper assembly.

A dividing wall is attached to the peripheral wall and is spaced from and oriented parallel to the cover. A central compartment is defined between the dividing wall and the cover. The peripheral wall has a plurality of slots therein. A plurality of extension panels is positioned within the central compartment. The panels are extendable outwardly of the slots to define a play area backdrop having scene indicia thereon.
