Abstract: A portable carrier for containing, using, displaying, protecting and modifying blueprints in an outdoor working environment. The Blueprint Caddy (“Caddy”) includes a removable and durable plastic or polyethylene cover, affixed by means of two detachable pin hinges, which allows for both the protection of any prospective blueprints and easy alterations or amendments to same by means of a wax pencil. The back of the Caddy is constructed with a storage area allowing for the safe and convenient storage of the cover when its use is not desired. The Caddy is equipped with two plastic lock down elongated clamps which fit into channeled grooves of the Caddy to support and restrain blueprints of either twenty-four or thirty-six inches in length with a wrap around storage slot to slide unwanted pages of any blueprints utilized. The top of the Caddy is constructed with two small contained storage areas for carrying wax pencils or other writing materials, erasers, cloths, etc.

Abstract: A business form having a faceplate, a retainer frame, and at least one lift-off panel formed from at least one cutout in the faceplate with retaining members of a releasable adhesive backer being disposed on the reverse side of the faceplate with the adhesive facing the at least one cutout opening. Precut lift-off panels of the same material remain disposed at least one per cutout and adhered to the backer member primarily for printing in a laser or inkjet printer to produce at least one and preferably multiple lift-off panels each of which constitutes one card. Indicia or images can be printed onto the business form and individual printed cards can be obtained by lifting off the printed individual lift-off panels on an as-needed basis. Two-sided printing is optional.

Abstract: Disclosed is an integrated check register and budget register for, among other purposes, the tracking of checks and the tracking of a budget or categorization of expenditures. The integrated register includes a plurality of data sheets longitudinally folded, with the fold forming two quadrants on each side or surface of the paper or data sheet. When adjacent data sheets are unfolded there are four quadrants, which when imprinted with check and budget register indicators, form an integrated check and budget register.
