    Abstract: A linear motion ball bearing arrangement having an outer sleeve which has load carrying ball grooves in its inner periphery and fitted in a tunnel-like axial cavity of a casing. The non-load carrying ball grooves are formed by a simple milling and shaping operation so as to provide a linear motion ball bearing unit at a reduced cost.
