Abstract: A venting valve for venting the interior of a vehicle includes a housing having at least one passage opening, and at least one venting flap which is mounted on the housing by a pivot mounting so as to be pivotable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the at least one venting flap closes off the at least one passage opening and, in the open position, opens up the at least one passage opening for an air stream from the interior of the vehicle to the outside. The pivot mounting is arranged on an inner side of the housing, which inner side, in the assembled or installed state, faces the interior of the vehicle.

Abstract: A shower door assembly is provided which comprises a stationary frame, and a movable frame having a guiding groove, wherein the shower door assembly further comprises a fixing block disposed in the stationary frame, the fixing block has a channel and a cam mechanism rotatable about a portion of the fixing block, a first engaging element is provided on at least a part of a bottom surface of the channel, and the shower door assembly further comprises an adjusting block disposed in the guiding groove of the movable frame, the adjusting block has an extension part insertable into the channel of the fixing block, the extension part has a second engaging element, wherein when a force is applied to the extension part by the cam mechanism, the first and second engaging elements are engaged such that the stationary and movable frames do not displace.

Abstract: A quick-release grating comprising an actuator mounted to the grating, a frame to which the grating is rotatably mounted via of grating hinges, and a safety pin which prevents re-closure of the grating once it has been opened. The actuator comprises spring-loaded deadbolts which slide through frame and grating bores in order to lock the grating in position relative to the frame. The actuator is enclosed within a locked box which prevents unauthorized opening of the grating. An alternate embodiment quick release grating provides for an actuator disposed remote to the grating, which has the benefit of obviating the need to enclose the actuator within a locked box. An additional alternate embodiment quick release grating provides for deadbolts mounted to a grating top member and a grating bottom member. An additional alternate embodiment quick release grating incorporates a transwall structure, whereby an externally-mounted grating may be released via an internally-mounted remote actuator.

Abstract: There is provided a method for fabricating high density sputter targets by pre-packing a powder bed by hot pressing or vibration between metal plates, followed by hot isostatic pressing. This method is especially suitable for preparing sputter targets with a radius to thickness ratio of at least 3 and a density of at least 96% of theoretical.
