Abstract: A system and method for the automated design of accessible ramps is disclosed. A ramp data structure is provided having general shape information for a plurality of ramp types. A ramp environment data structure is also provided with 3D reference information for one or more ramp installation environments. After user selection of a ramp type and installation environment a 3D ramp design is automatically generated conforming to the selected ramp environment. Also, the ramp design may be automatically compared to a design standard to determine if the design is in compliance. Also, convenient editing may be employed while conforming to the ramp environment with real time updates to the 3D ramp design.

A ramp on a surface of the aisle step engages the post and raises the post within the cylinder as the bleacher system is moved into the open position. The building foundation is filled with the plurality of foundation tire bales, and a driveway is filled with the plurality of path tire bales. The driveway connects with the building foundation. A concrete slab is poured over the plurality of foundation tire bales, and a plurality of walls is constructed on top of that. The plurality of walls is constructed from the plurality of wall tire bales, and the door and windows are inserted into the plurality of walls. A roof is then built over the plurality of walls. The plurality of tire bales also generates additional income through the building construction.

Units that are located on the second and third floors are accessed by privately used front doors on internal stairways, wherein said stairways are secluded and inaccessible to other residents and guests. The front doors of the third-floor units are located on intermediate landings wherein access to each landing is provided by a semi-private monumental stairway. The front doors located on the second and third floors are disposed on end wall opposite the end wall having the first floor doors. Accordingly, it is unnecessary to provide breezeways and common stairways connecting all the floors of each building to provide access to each unit.

The structure allows easier parking and maneuvering of larger vehicles as compared with structures with 90-degree parking stalls, with no detectable losses of efficiency in terms of parking places obtainable from a given available surface.

The components may be transported to a location where the deck is to be used. The method may include assembling the components of the deck to form the deck at the location. The assembling step may include assembling the perimeter support frame from the perimeter frame assemblies, assembling the interstitial support frame in the perimeter support frame, and assembling decking elements on the support frames to form a floor of the deck. A kit for the deck is also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention uses a plurality of incarceration units, wherein each of the incarceration units includes an interior cell and an exercise area. The interior cell and the confined exercise area are adjacent to one another and are constructed out of suitable security material, such as concrete or steel. The interior cell includes a shower suitable for bathing. In addition, one of the walls of the interior cell of the incarceration unit includes a door, which leads from the interior cell to the exercise area. An inmate's use of the shower and the door is controlled by the management of the incarceration facility. The exercise area includes at least one exercise equipment. The incarceration unit provides the usual inmate activities of living, eating, exercise, study and conversation in a facility having a lower risk of violence to inmates or guards, and of undesirable activities, such as drug trafficking or riots by the inmates.

The frame may be cut to lower its profile.

When entertainment is projected on the screen, a transmitter sends corresponding audio signals to audio receivers in cars parked in the lot. The retail stores are in a number of interconnected buildings, arranged substantially in a U-shape, which may also include offices, residential suites, hotels, or other functional uses. The large screen is situated inside a central portion of the profile. Optionally, a cruising track may surround the centralized parking lot. The mall may also include a restaurant, fueling station and/or a decorative arrangement aligned with the large screen.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a drive-in movie theater and/or events center preferably located on top of one or more parking garages located at a shopping mall or other similar complex. The drive-in theater preferably has a short range radio broadcast system that can send radio signals to cars on the parking garage, wherein movie-goers can listen to the movie sound tracks on their own car stereos/radios. When needed, the present system contemplates having more than one transmitter, each operating at the same or different frequency, so that the effective service range of each transmitter can be made within limited guidelines set by the FCC.
