Patent number: 10750574Abstract: The invention proposes to introduce a method for a Radio Access Network for providing “Local Switching” between call legs of a call. Within said method the Radio Access Network receives a call identifier for a leg of a call from a Core Network to be handled by the Radio Access Network. The Radio Access Network stores said received call identifier, compares said received call identifier with stored call identifiers for call legs of calls via said Radio Access Network. If said received call identifier matches a stored call identifier the Radio Access Networks establish local switching of call legs identified by the matching call identifier. In an alternative embodiment, the invention proposes to introduce a method for a Core Network for providing local switching for call legs of a call. Within said method the Core Network receives or generates a call identifier for a leg of a call. The Core Network stores said received call identifier and identifies a respective Radio Access Network for said leg of said call.Type: GrantFiled: July 24, 2009Date of Patent: August 18, 2020Assignee: Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ)Inventors: Dirk Kampmann, Karl Hellwig, Philip Hodges, Paul Schliwa-Bertling

Patent number: 7841147Abstract: A method of constructing a building façade comprising, casting at least one plate member; coupling at least one load member to the plate member; aligning a first façade assembly levelly prior to attachment to the substrate; aligning a second and third façade assembly horizontally adjacent and vertically adjacent the first façade assembly, respectively, by interface with the first façade assembly, and repeating the steps of aligning additional façade assemblies to form a facade.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2009Date of Patent: November 30, 2010Inventor: Damian A. Patent number: 7007434Abstract: A prefabricated, supporting building structure element, such as wall elements (11), floor structures (47) or the like includes a reinforced concrete slab (13) having a plurality of discrete, parallel, horizontally separated, not mutually joined, longitudinally extended stiffening plate elements (15), each having a web (17) with a first longitudinal edge portion (21) embedded in the concrete, such that a considerable portion of the web (17) protrudes freely, substantially perpendicularly from a first side defining surface of the concrete slab (13). The longitudinal edge portion (21) exhibits a substantially wave shaped corbelling from the plane of the web (17).Type: GrantFiled: April 6, 2000Date of Patent: March 7, 2006Inventor: Erik Danielsson

Patent number: 5930965Abstract: There is provided a self-supporting insulated deck structure for buildings whereby the deck can be constructed inexpensively and efficiently and can attain a desirable fire rating in addition to improved sound absorption properties. The self-supporting insulated deck structure is made of a cementitious material and has no exposed structural steel members. Formwork for the insulated deck structure is made of integral panels formed from foam insulation members, fire retarding boards, and sound attenuating boards. The integral panels are supported on shored steel support brackets. Once the cementitious material cures, the shoring is removed as the deck structure is self-supporting. The adjacent integral panels provide the insulated deck structure with desirable fire rating and sound absorption properties.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 1997Date of Patent: August 3, 1999Inventor: Tommy Lee Carver

Patent number: 5544464Abstract: An improved steel and concrete floor system in which a corrugated steel deck is supported on shelves fixed to the sides of parallel spaced joists. Each joist has a top chord forming a shear connector to cause composite action to occur between the joist and a slab poured on the deck, in which the topchord is embedded. The deck acts as a form for pouring the slab, and is a permanent part of the composite floor system. The deck is fixed to the shelves either by spaced self-tapping screws or by spot welds. In the nonconcreted stage the deck and joists form a stable structure on which construction loads are safely supported.Type: GrantFiled: April 5, 1994Date of Patent: August 13, 1996Assignee: Canam HambroInventor: Marcel Dutil

Patent number: 4707955Abstract: A screed rail for use in the in situ casting of concrete comprising beams forming upper and lower edges of the rail, which are connected by elements extending therebetween. The elements are spaced along the length of the rail to provide for the passage of concrete reinforcement. For this purpose, the spaced elements may form slots, or a breakable web can close the respective spacings, to be broken as required. In an alternative arrangement a screed rail has an overall cross-section with a lower portion defined by parallel sides extending a major distance from the lower edge of the rail. In use, the rail is mounted in shoes to enable the level of the rail to be accurately set.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 1985Date of Patent: November 24, 1987Assignee: Square Grip LimitedInventor: John D.
