Abstract: It is characterized in that a scaffolding member having a work floor; a chain formed by connecting a plurality of annular-shaped chain elements in a row and suspending the scaffolding member; and a chain coupling device installed in the scaffolding member and coupling the chain to the scaffolding member are included, in which when a side facing a hole of the chain element is a front side, a width of the chain element viewed from the front side is a lateral width, and a width of the chain element viewed from a side is a vertical width, the chain coupling device includes: a cylindrical body in which an axis is along a vertical direction and the chain is inserted inside; and a stopper that has a notch with a width narrower than the lateral width of the chain element and wider than the vertical width of the chain element and abuts on a lower end of the cylindrical body.
Abstract: A suspension assembly for suspending a lower structure such as a platform or platform portion from an upper structure such as ad bridge. A sling includes a cable one end of which is attachable to the upper structure and an other end of which has an eyelet formed by folding an end portion of the cable back over the cable and swaging the end portion of the cable to the cable. A chain having a plurality of links and has an end portion which is attached to the eyelet by receiving the end portion of the cable in one of the links in the end portion of the chain before the end portion of the cable is swaged to the cable. The chain has an other end portion which is attachable to the lower structure by a selected one of its links to be adjustably suspended from the upper structure.
Abstract: An elevated flooring system is operable to support a flooring panel. The elevated flooring system includes a beam configured to support the flooring panel. Aspects of the flooring system also include a saddle with a base surface and a prong. The beam is engaged with and vertically supported by the base surface of the saddle. The beam is configured to support the flooring panel and defines an aperture configured to receive the prong. Aspects of the beam includes a tent attachment assembly and a beam wall defining an aperture and opposite wall surfaces. The tent attachment assembly is configured for attachment to the tent and includes a base, a boss plate, and a threaded fastener. The fastener extends at least partly through the apertures of the base, boss plate and beam wall and is threaded into the boss plate.
Abstract: Disclosed are a support beam structure capable of extending a span and reducing a height of a ceiling structure and an installing method thereof. The support beam structure includes an H-beam extending in a longitudinal direction, an inclined extension part fastened to a lower surface or a side surface of the H-beam and inclined in such a way as to flare at an upper end thereof, a reinforcing part for reinforcing the inclined extension part, a deck placed on an upper end of the inclined extension part, and a concrete layer for filling a top of the inclined extension part, a top of the H-beam, and a top of the deck.

In both cases a steel plate with holes crossed with rebars is welded to the steel beam or to the steel column which performs the integral combination of the concrete, the structural element and the rebars.
Abstract: A metal stud arrangement has a top track with a support rail fixed to the track-web and extending between track flanges into the trough of the track. The support rail has an enlarged hanger portion with a maximum width. A metal stud of the arrangement has an opening near the top end of the stud web for receiving the support rail, the opening having an entry passage with a width that is smaller than the maximum width of the hanger portion and the passage being adapted to receive the support rail. The opening includes an enlarged portion that is larger than the maximum width so that with the hanger portion in the enlarged portion of the opening, the stud hangs from the top track.
Abstract: Reinforced concrete slab and girder building structures incorporate shearing connectors with lengthwise support parts to which lengthwisely spaced, transversely extending, rigid load transfer plates affix. A girder structure having one or more lengthwisely extending girders is provided and the shear connectors are fixed to the girders near their support walls below a deck for supporting the slab, the shearing connectors being positioned so that portions of the load transfer plates and support parts project above the girder structure and deck to receive compression forces in the slab which are transferred by the connectors to the girders. The lengthwisely extending connector support parts have connections for carrying a series of lengthwisely spaced rebar rods which embed in the slab when it is poured and transfer compressive load forces to the transfer plates.
Abstract: A precast insulated concrete panel and a method of forming same and a building structure incorporating such panel is described. The precast insulated concrete panel is comprised of an outer insulating skin formed by a rigid layer of insulating sheet foam material connected to a concrete inner wall layer cast on the inner surface of the insulating material. The inner surface of the insulating material has connecting cavities formed therein so that the concrete flows into the cavity and connects to the rigid insulating material through integral plugs of concrete which are set formed with the connecting cavities. Connectors are also formed in the concrete and in the insulation to connect and manipulate the panels and to attach outer finishing building materials to the insulation. These panels may be utilized in a tilt-up construction method and connect to floor slabs to form building structures of more than one storey.
