Publication number: 20080010934Abstract: A method is provided for optimizing routing on a substrate such as an integrated circuit or printed circuit board. The method defines a plurality of parallel strips on an initial routing layout of conductors for a layer of an integrated circuit. Each conductor within each strip defines a brick. For each of the plurality of strips, a spacing between bricks and a brick thickness of each brick is adjusted as a function of i) a location of a brick in adjacent strips corresponding to the same conductor; ii) a desired brick thickness; and iii) a desired brick spacing.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 13, 2006Publication date: January 17, 2008Applicant: Infineon Technologies AGInventors: Olivier Rizzo, Hanno Melzner, Jacques Herry

Patent number: 7028440Abstract: The present invention relates a low cost, highly insulated light weight prefabricated building assembly capable of providing a swift, efficient and economic construction of exterior walls, interior walls and roofs to form a sturdy building assembly. The present invention includes a plurality of exterior wall panels; a plurality of styrofoam exterior connection blocks; the plurality of exterior connection blocks being capable of joining the plurality of exterior wall panels that form an exterior wall of the building; a plurality of roof panels, where the plurality of roof panels form a roof of the building; a plurality of interior wall panels; and a plurality of interior connection blocks. The plurality of interior connection blocks are used to connect the plurality of interior wall panels that form at least one interior wall of the building.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2003Date of Patent: April 18, 2006Inventor: Dale Brisson

Patent number: 6854229Abstract: An elongate sleeve tie is used with casting form ties in the manufacture of composite wall structures. The casting form ties and sleeve ties act to secure one or more casting forms in a rigid position relative to an insulating layer positioned between the casting forms during the manufacture of composite wall structures. The casting form tie is received in a central recess of the elongate sleeve tie. Once the composite wall has been formed, the casting form ties may be pulled out of the wall, leaving the elongate sleeve ties in place. Removal of the casting form ties eliminates the thermal bridges that metal casting form ties would otherwise create. At least a portion of the sleeve tie is formed of a material having a high thermal resistance.Type: GrantFiled: May 29, 2003Date of Patent: February 15, 2005Assignee: H.K. Patent number: 6848228Abstract: Foam blocks may be manufactured using a two part urethane foaming agent or the like at the construction site using a mold that may be disassembled into a plurality of component pieces for ease of transportation and to facilitate removal of a block. Preferably, the blocks are formed in the mold in which a facing is placed such that the facing is bonded to the foam of the block. A wall constructed from successive courses of blocks will have intersecting horizontal and vertical channels which may be filled with concrete and reinforcing rod to produce a wall with high horizontal and vertical load capacity as well as superior insulating properties.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2000Date of Patent: February 1, 2005Inventor: Chester W.
