In one example, a repair product for use as a dry repair compound can include an anti-static additive, which can include a cationic charge, and optionally a metal complex. In another example, the repair product further includes water to define a wet or ready to use repair product.

The method comprises the steps of mixing thoroughly granulized particles of butadiene rubber in a mixing container, mixing an inorganic-based moisture-retaining component with the butadiene rubber, mixing an acid having a pH.ltoreq.3 with the butadiene rubber and the inorganic-based moisture-retaining component, and mixing an isocyanate polyurethane with the butadiene rubber, the inorganic-based moisture-retaining component and the acid.

A laminate produced by impregnating paper with the vegetable oil-modified phenolic resin and laminating and molding the impregnated paper is excellent in low temperature punching quality and electrical properties and is free from low molecular weight components oozing out the surface of the laminate.

The invention allows for the control of the morphology of the blends, the improvement in compatability of otherwise incompatible polymers, and improvements in the processability of the polymers due to enhanced thermal and mechanical properties.
