This core is a double tube having an internal cylindrical member 34 and an external cylindrical member 35, and a space between the internal cylindrical member and the external cylindrical member is used as a separation chamber 36. An injection hole 39 for injecting blow-by gas while increasing its flow velocity is provided in the internal cylindrical member. A surface which is an inner wall surface of the external cylindrical member and which faces the injection hole is a spraying surface onto which the blow-by gas injected from the injection hole is sprayed. Moreover, an opening for oil discharge from which oil OL condensed on the spraying surface is discharged, and an opening for discharge from which the blow-by gas from which oil mist has been separated is discharged are provided in the core.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 24, 2010Publication date: August 15, 2013Applicant: TOKYO ROKI CO. Publication number: 20130152796Abstract: A separator may include a body, an inlet portion, and an outlet conduit. The body may include a conical interior surface defining a conical cavity. The cavity may have a first outlet at a tip of the body. The inlet portion may be connected to the body and may include an outer surface, a cylindrical inner surface, and a first inlet passage extending between the outer surface and the inner surface. The inner surface may be defined by the longitudinal axis. The first inlet passage may be positioned relative to the inner surface such that a fluid flow through the first inlet passage is generally tangent to the inner surface. The outlet conduit may extend through the inlet portion and into the cavity. The outlet conduit may include a second inlet passage disposed inside of the cavity and a second outlet disposed outside of the body and the inlet portion.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 19, 2011Publication date: June 20, 2013Applicant: CHRYSLER GROUP LLCInventor: E. Patent number: 8460417Abstract: A portable air filtration system used in industrial environments to filter and re-circulate fumes from a fume source includes a housing that filters the fumes from the fume source. The housing defines at least one housing inlet to receive the fumes and a housing outlet to dispense the fumes. A receiving assembly is releaseably engageable with the at least one housing inlet and includes a receiver inlet and a receiver outlet. The receiver outlet is in fluid communication with the at least one housing inlet. The receiver inlet receives the fumes from the fume source and transfers the fumes to the housing inlet. The system is capable of being modified between a plurality of configurations.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 2009Date of Patent: June 11, 2013Assignee: Great Lakes Air Systems, Inc.Inventors: James K.
