  • Patent number: 10421246
Abstract: In a machine press with a lower and an upper tool support, a closed hydraulic drive system acts upon the upper tool support. This system has at least one hydraulic drive unit, which includes at least one hydraulic cylinder-piston unit and at least one hydraulic assembly acting upon this unit and supplied from a storage reservoir. A base pressure above environmental pressure constantly prevails in the storage reservoir. The storage reservoir is designed as a cylinder store with a hydraulic chamber defined by a cylinder and a piston unit displaceably guided therein. The piston unit is acted upon on its side functionally opposite the hydraulic chamber by a hydraulic fluid chamber which for its part is connected to a high-pressure gas store. The active surface of the hydraulic fluid chamber on the piston unit is small compared to the active surface of the hydraulic chamber on the piston unit.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a parallel cylinder-type check valve and, more particularly, to a parallel cylinder-type check valve in which two shock-absorbing dampers are connected in parallel to each other so as to absorb shock when a valve is closed, wherein the length of a rocker arm connected to any one shock-absorbing damper is adjusted to be longer according to the principle of a lever in order to provide a sufficient shock-absorbing effect. Also, the present invention relates to a parallel cylinder-type check valve, which is rapidly closed at a high speed at the time of the initial closing of the valve and is slowly closed at a low speed at the later closing of the valve by means of the parallel cylinder, thereby preventing noise and vibration, as well as preventing water hammer.

  • Patent number: 7011051
Abstract: The hybrid comprises a two-cycle engine, boosted by the engine power compressor and a hydraulic pump. The pump plunger fastened to engine piston and located coaxially with the compressor piston and pump rotor, provide direct energy transmission to the compressor and pump. The plunger and compressor piston, each connected to one of two diametrically opposite axial push rods, of the rotor. The push rods synchronize and balance the pistons, which move opposite directions into underside of the engine piston space. The reducer synchronizes the separate rotors motion, activate engine and compressor camshafts and conventional accessory units. The engine can be high power started and restarted irrespective of parking time. Because of direct energy transmission the hybrid increases efficiency and specific power, while minimizing the weight, installation space and fuel consumption necessary in particular for automobile hydrostatic transmission.

  • Patent number: 6386841
Abstract: A pneumatically operated hydraulic pump includes a cylinder housing accommodating a main piston to subdivide the housing interior in two working chambers. The main piston is connected to a hydraulic piston for joint reciprocation so that the hydraulic piston can carry out a suction stroke when the main piston moves to one end position and a pressure stroke when the main piston moves to the other end position. Arranged laterally to the cylinder housing is a control mechanism for regulating a flow of working fluid alternately to the working chambers. The control mechanism includes a plastic valve casing for accommodating a control piston having opposite end faces of different size to define different effective areas and thereby realize reciprocation of the control piston by the working fluid. A slide shoe is guided in the valve casing for conjoint movement with the control piston.
