The pair of rotation bodies is rotatably supported around the support shafts. The water stop portion is intervened between the housing portion and the inner lid to contact with a peripheral edge of an opening of the housing portion. The outer lid closes the opening while covering the inner lid such that the outer lid is fitted in the housing portion in a state where a part of an outer circumference surface of the outer lid facing an inner circumference surface of the opening is visible from an outside.
