Belt Retained On Body Trunk Patents (Class 601/71)
  • Patent number: 5575761
Abstract: A vibrating massager includes a housing and an elastic strap, which is fastened into a loop to hold a protrusion extending from a surface of the housing against a pressure point of the human body. Mechanical vibrations, produced by a small electric motor spinning an eccentrically mounted weight, are transmitted to the protrusion. The motor is driven according to a pattern of pulses, between which the vibrations are interrupted. The length of time between vibrating pulses is adjusted with a first know on the device. The speed of the motor is adjusted using a second knob on the device, varying the frequency and amplitude of the vibrations. An extension strap is used to facilitate attachment of the strap around larger body members such as the head, as well as around smaller body members, such as the wrist.

  • Patent number: 5545125
Abstract: An auto cycling multi-functional massaging device having two to sixteen motor assemblies each of which is provided with an eccentric wheel and is retained in a housing, each of the housings is placed respectively in a space in a belt-shaped soft pad, and secured by a cover and a belt. The back of the belt-shaped soft pad is attached to a piece of sponge tape, the belt and the tape being sewn together. The ends of the belt-shaped soft pad are respectively provided with latching band for attachment to the waist. the motors are controlled by a control box, having a circuit board for controlling the time and the cycling vibration of the motors, and for controlling whether the motors are operated individually or all at the same time. The operating mode of the device can be changed by pressing switches on the control box.

  • Patent number: 5421799
Abstract: A scalp massager which utilizes a rigid but yet bendable main supporting frame which is to be mounted on a human head and extend from the nape to the forehead. A vibrator is to be mounted exteriorly on the main supporting frame. Interiorly mounted on the main supporting frame is a parietal pad assembly with there also being mounted a temporal pad assembly and an occiput pad assembly mounted on the main supporting frame. Each of these pad assemblies are designed to come into contact with the corresponding areas of a human head. Each of these pad assemblies is designed to be adjustable on the main supporting frame so as to accommodate different sizes of human heads.

  • Patent number: 5397294
Abstract: A health aid device structure which is used to place around the male penis during sexual intercourse, a high frequency vibration is generated which applies to the female private part such that her excitement period is shortened. The health aid device can also be used as a massaging device for other parts of the human body. The device has an external case, a bottom cover and a side cover, forming a box in which an eccentric cam motor and a battery pack are enclosed. Each of the two side surfaces of the external case is provided with a slot, into which the side cover is inserted and positioned in place. The side cover and the bottom cover are provided with an appropriate recessed arcuate surface, in addition, the side cover is provided with an adjustable strap and the two edges of the external case are provided with a strap having fastening members.

  • Patent number: 5334131
Abstract: A strap on massaging device is provided which consists of a padded housing with a vibrating mechanism retained within the padded housing. A pair of battery units for supplying a power source to the vibrating mechanism are retained within the padded housing. An elastic band extends from the padded housing to be attached about a leg of a person. The padded housing which is held to the leg will cushion against excessively vigorous uncomfortable effects of the vibrating mechanism acting against the leg.
