  • Patent number: 11607533
Abstract: A tattoo needle structure is provided. A tattoo needle has a plurality of needle tips, an ink holding space is formed by the arrangement of the needle tips, and a multi-component alloy film is deposited on each needle tip of the tattoo needle by sputtering technology, so that when the tattoo needle is dipped into the tattoo ink, the tattoo ink does not stick to the surface of the multi-component alloy film by the hydrophobic property of the multi-component alloy film, and the tattoo ink is contained in the ink holding space by the cohesive property of the tattoo ink. Thus, when the tattoo needle is dipped into the tattoo ink and the tattoo process is performed, the dyeing area of the skin with the tattoo ink is the cross-sectional area of the ink holding space, thereby achieving the technical effect of improving the contouring resolution of a tattoo.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a needle module, which comprises a piercing means on a mounting, which can be releasably coupled to the drive unit so that, as a result of a driving force exerted by the drive unit on the mounting, a repeated pushing movement moving the piercing means in and out is transmitted, wherein, according to the invention, the mounting has a safety device which mechanically irreversibly blocks the piercing means after the needle module has been released from the drive unit so that it can no longer be moved out of the needle module. The invention also relates to a device, in particular a hand device, for piercing the skin, comprising a drive unit and the needle module according to the invention.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a tattoo needle guide tube, which has a tubular body defining a receiving space therein, a first through hole at a top end thereof and a second through hole at a bottom end thereof. Both through holes are in communication with the receiving space, and the outer periphery of the top end can be connected to a main body of an eyebrow tattoo machine, so as to allow a plurality of eyebrow tattoo needles in the main body to pass sequentially through the first through hole and receiving space and have needle tips exposed outside the second through hole. The tattoo needle guide tube is characterized in that the second through hole has a curved shape and is configured and sized to render the needle tips into a curved arrangement, so as for an eyebrow tattooist to make desired hair-like tattoos with ease.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of method and apparatus are provided for damaging and/or removing portions of subcutaneous fatty tissue while leaving the overlying dermal layer of the skin substantially undamaged. One or more hollow needles can be provided that include an arrangement within the lumen configured to retain or damage portions of fatty tissue that enter the lumen. Properties of the needle can be selected such that the needle can be inserted into skin and pass through the dermal layer, allowing fatty tissue to enter the distal portion of the lumen as it is advanced further, and then leaving the dermis undamaged when withdrawn. Such exemplary apparatus can include a plurality of such needles, a reciprocating arrangement to mechanically advance and withdraw the one or more needles, and/or a vibrating arrangement.
