Abstract: An ear-worn electronic device comprises a housing, electronic circuitry, a power source, a microphone, and a receiver or speaker. The housing comprises a nozzle dimensioned for deployment within at least a portion of an ear canal. The nozzle comprises a distal portion, a proximal portion, a cavity within the nozzle, and a terminus surface at the distal portion comprising a sound port through which sound can pass out of the nozzle. The nozzle comprises an acoustical vent arrangement comprising a proximal port provided at the proximal portion, a plurality of distal ports provided at the terminus surface, and at least a portion of the nozzle cavity in fluid communication with the proximal port and the distal ports. Each of the distal ports has a volume smaller than that of the proximal port, and a volume of the proximal port is substantially equal to that of the distal ports cumulatively.

Abstract: A decorative earring structure in the form of an elongated wire piece having contiguous wire piece sections including at least a proximal top wire piece section that is in the form of a wire piece arcuate loop that is constructed and arranged to extend over, about and behind the ear of a wearer, and a distal turned wire piece section that is constructed and arranged for positioning behind the ear lobe. A support receptacle is disposed at a free end of the distal turned wire piece and disposed at a back side of the ear lobe, and a support post is disposed at a front side of the ear lobe, engageable with the support receptacle and for retaining the decorative earring structure in place.
Abstract: This disclosure enables various piercing techniques, earrings therefor, and methods of manufacture and use thereof. In particular, these technologies can preclude a bystander from readily comprehending how an earring is attached to an ear of a wearer when the bystander views the ear of the wearer frontally straight-on. This preclusion occurs by providing a floating effect for the earring based on where the ear is pierced and how the earring is structured.
Abstract: The preferred embodiment is directed to a method and apparatus of a bluetooth that is enabled in a jewelry device for use on bluetooth headset earpieces. The preferred embodiment can be provided in the shape of almost any objects. Envisioned objects include pearls, crystals, feathers, and diamonds, among similar items. The preferred embodiment increases consumer purchase appeal to meet a need of a wearable technology jewelry and bluetooth. The accessories that can be applied and removed from the present preferred embodiment can be done without the use of additional tools.
Abstract: A pair of earring supports for a pair of earrings having earring posts, the pair of earring supports including retainer plates. Each retainer plate respectfully has a post hole formed therein. A first face configured for engaging an ear. A second face opposite the first face. A fastening clip at the second face, the fastening clip is configured for engaging an earring post passing through the post hole, and a stabilizing support has an attachment point affixed at an attachment intersection on the retainer plate. The stabilizing support extends from the retainer plate to a free end of the stabilizing support spaced apart from the retainer plate. The free end of a first retainer plate of the retaining plates is counterclockwise from the first attachment intersection of the first retainer plate when viewing the first retainer plate in a direction towards the second face of the first retainer plate.
Abstract: The disclosure provides a reusable, adjustable acupressure device for stimulating an acupuncture point, or acupoint, on the outer ear of a wearer. In one embodiment, the device includes a structural curvature that is adjustably configured to mount to the helix of the external human ear and a bead protruding from the structural curvature. The bead is configured to apply pressure to a select acupoint located on the ear. The device provides the ability for a wearer to stably and reliably stimulate the select acupoint in a manner that is both comfortable and repeatable. Other embodiments are also disclosed.
Abstract: The ear decoration includes a supporting portion, a securing portion and a generally U-shaped connecting portion connected between the supporting portion and securing portion to grip an ear therebetween. A bracing portion spaced apart from the securing portion limits the displacement of the ear decoration for helping to prevent the ear decoration from becoming dislodged from the ear.
