Abstract: A liquid discharge apparatus includes a head including a nozzle plate having a plurality of nozzles lined in a row and configured to discharge a liquid, a conveyor configured to convey the liquid application target, and a liquid receptacle configured to receive the liquid discharged from the head. The conveyor defines a conveyance passage of a liquid application target to which the head applies the liquid. The liquid receptacle has an opening through which the liquid discharged from the head passes. A longitudinal direction of the opening is along a movement direction of the liquid application target. A width of the opening is greater than a width of the liquid application target in a direction orthogonal to the movement direction.
Abstract: Dying or bleaching apparatus for yarn wound on reels or similar packages, comprising a dying boiler (15) having an annular section suitable for receiving a single circular load of mobile reel holder shafts (13) which can be removed at the same time for the subsequent water draining and drying operations, operating with less liquid and also capable of being used with fractional capacities with a constant soaking ratio.
Abstract: A machine for dyeing textiles, includes a structure (1) able to receive a plurality of containers or vessels (2; C) holding substances which contribute to form dyeing baths within suitable dyeing tanks (3). A plurality of dyeing tanks (3) and a plurality of material-holding baskets (4) are located at corresponding and present positions. A motor-driven carriage (5) is associated with the structure (1) and a supporting device is provided (6; 8) for removing and subsequently delivering the substances held within the vessels (2; C). The carriage (5) supports structure (7) for removing and handling the material-holding baskets (4).
Abstract: A trench apparatus and process for liquid treatment of fabric uses a longitudinal trench for holding a treatment liquid. A pull rope, chain, or cable having shackle rings or shackles attached thereto for securing one or more bags to the rope, chain, or cable is positioned for pulling one or more bags containing dyed fabric in a longitudinal direction down the length of the trench. The trench has a liquid treatment zone with a surface level, and the trench includes one or more raised platforms dividing the trench into a plurality of separated treatment vats, the raised platforms having a height extending above said surface level. A conduit communicates from at least one vat to at least one other vat at a level below said surface level for movement of liquid therebetween. A conduit and a pump permits the countercurrent recirculation of treatment liquor within each longitudinal treatment vat.

Abstract: A plant for dyeing and processing of yarns on reels comprising at least one processing station (11, 12, 13) with a processing device receiving reels stacked on vertical rods (25, 125). The processing device has an upper opening for loading and unloading the reels and the vertical rods are engaged in a removable manner in seats in said device. A rod-grasping unit (15, 115) is movable vertically and horizontally to be arranged above the opening in the processing device to grasp the rods (25, 125) and hoist them with the reels thereon out of the device or insert them in place in the device. In case of a plurality of stations passage between the stations is in this manner fully automatic.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the continuous dyeing of cellulose fibre yarns with reactive dyes and to an apparatus for carrying out this process. The process essentially comprises steps of impregnating yarn which has been continuously unwound at high speed from one or several supports (1) and rewound onto one or several supports (3) with at least one fibre-reactive dye in aqueous solution and at least one alkaline reagent in aqueous solution, andfixing the dye.The invention can be applied especially in the technical field of dyeing cellulose fibres.

Abstract: A machine adapted to fade the color of jeans, including a framework, a bleaching trough holding a bleaching solution for bleaching jeans, a carrier plate adapted to carry jeans and to move vertically between two upright guide bars of the framework for permitting carried jeans to be dipped in the bleaching solution for bleaching, a reversible motor controlled to move the carrier plate up and down, and two steel wires wound round pulleys at a cross beam of the framework and coupled between an output shaft of the reversible motor and the carrier plate and driven by the reversible motor to lift or lower the carrier plate for permitting carried jeans to be dipped in or taken out of the bleaching solution.
Abstract: An industrial cleaning apparatus has a conveyor with a chain, the lower part of which extends horizontally to horizontally transport objects to be washed. Washing sections and have nozzles for blowing a cleanser or ozone water onto the object. A rinsing section contains a tank which is split into two parts when opened. These parts form a box-shaped container when closed. The rinsing section also includes a mechanism for opening and closing the tank and a supply device for supplying water or ozone water into the tank.
Abstract: An adapter for using a yarn package carrier in both vertically and horizontally oriented treatment vats includes a platform for supporting the yarn package carrier, an assembly for engagement of the adapter by a carrier transfer device and a fluid passageway arrangement formed in the platform for directing treatment fluid from the vertically oriented vat into the yarn package carrier.

Abstract: An elongate textile material liquid-permeably wound on a bobbin and a treatment liquid are enclosed in a container with a gaseous phase portion remaining within the container. The container is conveyed through an elongate heating bath for heating the treatment liquid at a predetermined temperature. During conveyance, the container is rotated to cause the textile material to move alternately through the treatment liquid and the gaseous phase portion within the container.
Abstract: Mass treatment system for dyeing and hydro-extracting yarn cheeses sequentially and automatically which comprises a combination of: a circulation rail resting thereon a plurality of mobile trucks which are adapted to mount thereon cheese spindles and convey them to each treatment station; cheese pressing means including extension spindle inserting means and means for inserting a plurality of cheeses at a time on empty spindles surmounted with the extension spindles; dyeing means including loading means of cheese-spindles on a carrier for charging into a dyeing machine and a turntable for charging or discharging the loaded carrier rested thereon into or from the dyeing machine; transfer means of as-dyed cheese-spindles onto the trucks; hydro-extracting means including means for transferring dyed cheese-spindles into a hydro-extracting basket, means for placing the basket thus filled in a hydro-extractor, and means for discharging hydro-extracted cheeses along with the basket and transferring them to the trucks
Abstract: A machine for washing and laundering garments on hangers comprises a substantially vertical conveyor for lifting a garment on a hanger, transferring the hanger to a stationary conveyor along which it travels at two speeds through spraying chambers and dripping chambers, a transfer pulley to transfer the hanger from the stationary conveyor to an endless conveyor, further spraying chambers, and dripping chambers through which the hanger passes to a drying chamber to dry the garment on the hanger or set a coating thereon.
Abstract: A method and means for multi-color dyeing textile yarn wherein yarn is present in perforate cylindrical cans for dyeing, with the yarn being in a maze of tortuously extending coils progressing axially within the can as occurs when yarn is collected in an upright can from a crimping or bulking operation. The cans are first positioned on movable J-shaped cradles with their cylindrical axes horizontal and are then immersed sequentially in a plurality of dye baths in which the cans are only partially immersed. Between immersions in sequential dye baths the cans are reoriented by rotating them about their cylindrical horizontal axes to cause dyeing of at least partially different portions of the maze of yarn in the cans in the different dye baths so that the resulting yarn strand, which extends randomly in the maze throughout differently dyed portions, will be unpredictably randomly dyed in different colors and lengths of color.
